Before I even start with the food let me say that Dennis is delightful. And inspirational. Not to mention he has a wonderful daughter who has a great skill set and impeccable customer service. She could teach other young people some serious skills. Now on to the reason for this review - THE FOOD. All I need to say is - the bomb Of course you want more, but unless you eat it yourself my words don't do it Justice! The bread is perfect and the phillys are delicious and HUGE. It is enough to share if you want to, but I probably won't. You could each get different sandwiches and share, but I digress. It is worth the drive and you will leave full and in our case we felt like family. This is a hidden gem- but worth the drive. The store is a sub sandwich shop no fru-fru here. Tables and chairs - sit and eat- get comfortable, but it is a cool interior. Love the fluorescent writing wall , but the prices are great because you are not paying for "ambiance". Just great food, nice music and wonderful customer service.

Awesome ! Wanted a chicken Philly and this place hit the spot . The Buffalo chicken egg rolls were awesome as well !

I visited this restaurant for the first time a couple of weeks ago. More specifically, two Thursdays ago. I ordered the Thursday special, the Hiram Burger at $10. You get a hamburger with two patties and fries. Which is a great deal if quantity and quality were the same. You get a lot of food, but the taste of this burger was not there. This hamburger lacked seasoning. And I hate to say this but it just wasn't a good burger. All I tasred was the sauce and cheese. I wanted to like it so bad. But could not. Customer service was fine. The table fell on my leg but I'm not even grading that. Two stars customer service is good. I might go back for the Philly steak cheese steak, which is in the name of the restaurant. Hopefully, it will be better if and when I do decide to go back.

If you're craving a cheesesteak, don't bother going ANYwhere else -- go here. Subs have the perfect meat to cheese ratio and are on the right bread. Absolutely delish. And huge! Sharing one sub is plenty, but having leftovers is a good thing. Everyone who worked there was super nice and counter service is fast. Super casual, low key vibe. No alcohol and sodas served in bottles. Grab extra napkins because you will need them.

From where I live, getting a cheesesteak involves a 45 minute drive one way to Big Dave's. I'm so happy I found this spot because it's only 20 minutes away. The cheesesteak is definitely an authentic cheesesteak. It's well seasoned, greasy, stuffed to the brim on a soft amoroso roll. Add this spot to your list if you're looking for an outstanding cheesesteak!

This is my 3rd time here (got cheesesteaks both times) I was finally able to take pics! I’m usually the “hold on let me get a pic first” kind of girl but a phone is the last thing on my mind when I come here! I love good food and good service and this spot definitely goes above and beyond! I’ve been in Ga for 3 years from (WI/IL) and this is one of the very few spots that made me feel like I was home!! I will gladly spend my money here over any place I’ve been thus far! THANK YOU!!

Tried it out one day. Got a Philly for me and one for my son. They were good. A little disappointed no mushrooms that day. The steak was huge and tasted great! My only real issue were the fries. They were cold and not fresh. I wouldn't get the fries again, but we will definitely be back. My son said it was the best Philly he ever tasted.
