I tried to visit this place last Saturday and it was empty. Gotta admit I was a little dissapointed. Hopefully they reopen soon. I gave one star beause I feel like they could have atlease put a sign on the door or updated Google. I pulled up and was clueless.

Just moved to the area and decided to finally try this place. Currently sitting infront of their closed establishment that Google states is opened from 12-11pm est on Saturdays and it is 1:30pm. I tried to call the number listed but it was as if someone picked up and the disconnected the call. O well I'll head over to juicy crab across the street ??♀️

Where do I begin? Visited this place when they 1st open you couldn't get in the door....now it has fallen off so bad. My fish was under cook fries was Luke warm. I sent my order back the manager said i would have them redo my order only for these kids in the kitchen to take 2 filets and break them in half to say i have 4 filets My wife ordered the seafood boil they don't put it in the bag anymore they put it in a medium pot (boiler)...They dont provide the utensils for the crabs anymore. I was so disappointed...I will no longer spend my money.

We met family here for a birthday dinner. They had been before and had a great experience, not so much this visit. A Monday evening at 6:30. We were seated in a private area and our server was prompt to take drink orders and meal orders. We were informed of a few items not available so were able to adjust quickly. Our meals were also served without much wait. That’s when the pleasant evening ended. There was only plastic cutlery. Two of our party orders crab legs, we asked for crackers to open the crab legs, the server pulled one pair from her apron and we were told that was the only set in the restaurant! So we shared. The manager asked if everything was ok, he was told our needs and never responded. There was something in the salt shaker besides salt it was a solid chunk and disgusting. Our server returned and asked if we were finished with the crackers as another party needed them. The server said there were some changes being made whatever the changes are it is likely too little and much too late. Stay away!

Used to be my favorite crab boil spot as they had other menu items that were really good. However, my last 2 visit prove their food has changed & is mediocre. Cold food & dirty plates. Crab used to be served piping hot in a bag. Now served cold in a pot. Tasteless, with no seasoning.

Fish was undercooked; plastic forks, very slow to bring meals — 5 of us and meals brought out at different times, very sloppy and unappetizing presentations, friendly waitress but slow. Food way overpriced. All together a very disappointing dining experience. Would NOT go back.

Wild Crab is top tier as always. I went for take out and probably stayed 15 mins past the time after I received my food talking to the to go hostess Anaya who is absolutely wonderful. She is the sweetest young woman and beyond helpful. I spent way more than I intended to spend because of her being so sweet and helpful. Excellent Customer Service Anaya you have superior service and shout out to the kitchen staff. You did a great job today as well. Management you should recognize Anaya Jones for her perfect performance in Customer Service. She sets the bar extremely high!

Finally went with my husband. We didn't know what to expect. It was great! Drinks were amazing. We had an amazing server that made sure we were taken care of. The food was great. My husband had catfish basket and I had salmon alfredo pasta. We definitely will be back again!

The food was absolutely horrible. Nothing brought to our table was hot, just barley warm, so we sent it back. Boils had no flavor at all. I see why they were almost empty on a Friday evening at 7 o'clock. The atmosphere is nice and big so it could've been a good spot.

Y’all.. I went there for lunch on a Friday I should have known something wasn’t right when the place was empty. 4 people including my daughter and myself. My daughter was on her hour lunch break so we thought at least it won’t take long. We ordered fried calimari which was mainly batter. She ordered shrimp po boy I ordered dungenes crab legs. It took 45 minutes to get the food then she gives me a bucket of crab legs with nothing to break the crab legs. I asked for some and she said sorry we don’t have any people have stolen them. What?! How am I supposed to eat them? Shouldn’t you have told me this when I ordered them?! I would have gotten something else. So I had to bag up my lunch so I could bring it home where I have the right utensils..my daughter had to box her sandwich because she had to go back to work because it took so long to get the food. So all we ate for lunch was over battered over fried rubbery claimari. Save yourself a trip and your money. Very disappointing especially for the price! I will never go back and I don’t see this place making it as a crab shack without anything to eat the crab with and subpar food ?♀️ If I could have given it a zero I would have.
