So good, roasted salsa, not too loud so we were able to hear our large family with no problem. Quick service and food came out quickly.

Edit: the General Manager gave me a call and apologized for the experience I had. While I don’t agree with how I was treated, I do sincerely appreciate her reaching out to me, to make things right

My boyfriend and I dined at this restaurant last week. Upon arriving, it took nearly 15 minutes for someone to come take our order. When our server did arrive, she was very kind, professional, and helpful. Although the food came out quickly, it was not the best meal we have had overall. However, the shrimp ceviche was excellent and easily the highlight of our visit.

When we received our bill, the total appeared to be higher than expected, but we chose not to make an issue out of it and simply paid before leaving.

Because I enjoyed the shrimp ceviche so much, I decided to order two servings for lunch today. I initially called the restaurant and received no answer. After calling back, an older gentleman answered the phone. I clearly stated twice that I wanted two orders of shrimp ceviche to ensure there was no misunderstanding, and I was told the order would be ready in approximately 15 minutes.

I intentionally waited about 20 minutes before arriving so the order would be complete and I could quickly pay and leave. When I entered the restaurant, the same older gentleman, who I assume took my order, was on his cellphone. He asked how many, and I explained that I had a call-in order for shrimp ceviche. I handed him my card, signed the receipt, and was given the food.

Before leaving, I checked the order in my car and discovered I had been given fish ceviche instead of shrimp. I immediately went back inside and politely explained that the order was incorrect. Rather than acknowledging the mistake, the gentleman began arguing with me, insisting that this was what I ordered and suggesting I had given the wrong name.

I explained that I had ordered the exact same dish during my previous visit without any issues and even offered to show him the prior receipt. Despite this, he continued arguing with me. I was honestly taken aback by the interaction and asked if I could speak with someone else.

At that point, I called my boyfriend, who is fluent in Spanish, and asked him to explain that I had specifically ordered shrimp ceviche, not fish. Even then, the gentleman continued to argue. I eventually asked for a refund, and only then did he offer to remake the order correctly.

I agreed and waited in my car while the food was remade. About 10 minutes later, he waved me back inside, but before handing me the order, he pulled out the menu and told me that next time I should look at it before ordering. I stopped him and told him it was fine, but by that point the entire experience had already been extremely disappointing.

After the way I was treated today, I will not be returning to this restaurant, nor would I recommend it to others. There are many similar establishments in the area that offer better food, more reasonable pricing, and significantly better customer service. I believe retraining in customer service and professionalism is absolutely necessary, as this experience was completely unacceptable.

Best Mexican food in Cherokee county. We always get great service and amazing food! And we’ve known one of the waiters for about 20 years! Can’t wait for their new location right across the street.

We've been going there for many years. Margaritas are good but kind of hit or miss depending on the server fixing it.

This has been our go to Mexican restaurant for pre softball for several seasons now. It’s never disappointing, prices are reasonable, service is great, and most importantly, food is fast.

Food and service were excellent. Massive menu to choose from. Prices feel a little higher than alternatives, but everything is expensive now. Will definitely visit them again and try some adult beverages this time.

Both Chicken dishes, as well as shrimp were overcooked and very tough. We had not been in a while, so I'm not sure when they changed from giving you a menu to using your phone. It would have been nice if we were told that when we were seated, instead we sat there waiting on our menu's. No need to go back.
