Las Palmas Holly Springs

Went in there for a quick bite and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. Everything we order was good. Give it 8 out of 10.

This was a spur of the moment decision to eat here. We had been shopping and were hungry and parked in front of Las Palmas in Holly Springs. We made the quick decision to run in and grab lunch. It was practically empty about 3pm however uphill from there.....ambiance was peaceful; chicken chimichangas were delicious, service by Raul was awesome. He was so attentive, he aimed to please ....We were very happy with our Margaritas and the service provided by Raul. We recommend Las Palmas and plan to return. Raul and his great customer service skills make him a wonderful asset to your company!!

We had a wonderful experience at Las Palmas in Holly Springs! From the moment we walked in, the service was excellent. We were warmly greeted and seated right away. Kenni, our waitress, took care of us and truly made our visit special. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. On top of the great service, the food was really good fresh, flavorful, and just what we were craving. It’s always refreshing to receive such genuine service paired with delicious food. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything here is just alright. Nothing extremely impressive.

The Loco rice was one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten. The chef needs a raise. Seriously, my buddy and I got the same thing, and hot damn it was good. Service takes forever. Smells like paint inside. Orders are usually wrong. 5 stars just for the rice.

My experience there was that because the waitresses are very angry and I didn't like it...and because I no longer want to go to that restaurant

I have been coming to las palmas since I was 10 years old and I am 42 now. Step father worked near the location of the 1st restaurant and then they opened the one on wade green road and that’s where my family ate almost every weekend. Food is always delicious and service is great!

The food was bland and tasted like there was no seasoning. We were 1 of two guests in the restaurant and the service was miserably slow. Mostly the servers were sitting in corners of the restaurant on their phones. The worst part was being charged $15 for a shot I was told was $8. Not assuming they care but we would never go back.

When our server came we asked if the cheese dip was free because we didn't have our menu. Although we didn't expect it to be free because most places don't serve free dip she still said yes multiple times. We ended up figuring out she didn't speak great english and misunderstood us, which is understandable and i'm not complaining about that, but that shouldn't be on me. When asking for a refund on the dip the manager came and was very rude making it seem like we took advantage of the language barrier saying we were just asking "smart questions". overall the food was decent but the experience was very bad. Has me wondering why we were the only table there.

Had the best rice bowl ever. The margaritas and shots were the best. Live music,the bartender and owner are great people. A must try and I’ll definitely be back. Great atmosphere and great employees. Can’t wait to visit again
