It took me sometime to even try this place and at first yes it was great! Then it went down hill, this order tonight was all so wrong, I know you can have an off day but honestly the last 3 times we ordered something wasn't right. Im not gonna keep paying for this if its simply not right. It doesn't take much to read what we want in our order. Please do better cause I really DID like eating from here

Yesterday I went to order some food to go and since I entered this place I did not feel welcome. The cashier was an older man. I asked for a medium cheese and he was giving me a small one. When I told him that I asked for a medium one, he got upset and gave me another small one. I told him I asked for a medium one and 2 small ones. What he did was give me an empty medium-sized glass and told me to put them there. The man was very upset. I am very disappointed with this place. I do not recommend

Absolutely love this location, every time I come here everyone is very eager to help and provide great service with even better food. Wish the other Barberitos locations were like this one. Eve If you have to drive a little further to go to this one - it’s so worth it. Keep it up!

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience with Barberitos. I placed a delivery order, and when it arrived, it was clear that the DoorDasher had eaten out of my food. On top of that, the bowl I received was completely incorrect.
I tried reaching out to the store directly to explain what happened, but instead of being understanding or offering any kind of helpful solution, I felt dismissed. It seemed like they weren’t really listening or trying to understand the situation at all.
I get that delivery issues can sometimes be out of the restaurant’s control, but the way the staff handled my concern made the whole experience worse. A little empathy and accountability would have gone a long way. I’ve always liked Barberitos, but after this, I don’t know if I’ll be ordering again anytime soon.

Build your burrito however you like with a large selection of tortillas and ingredients. Although slightly pricey for what it is, I am always pleased by the flavorful, fresh ingredients. They also put out a few varieties and different spiciness-level salsas - I especially like the tomatillo salsa.
Edit: I just read some others' reviews. I always order at the counter where I can see my food being prepared, so I cannot speak for pick-up or delivered orders. I will say that any review you read that says the cost is $30+ per person is either a liar or ordering multiple meals.

Usually love the people here! Tall one with curly hair is amazing! But the blonde girl they have working the register tried charging me almost 4 dollars for a cup of just ice no drink. Was super super rude and I have no idea how she’s in customer service. Would’ve had five stars if not for her. Went back again for my child she loves the spinach wraps! The young girl said they don’t do spinach wraps for kids! Nowhere does it state that and I’ve been getting them for her for years! Total bull crap! Prices change constantly! They pick and choose what they charge for.
Angel colllado is a very good worker he made sure that I had everything I seriously consider giving him a raise he must be a delight to be on your team.

We just ordered dinner for over $100 for 6 people through mobile order. 3 of the meals paid for extra rice which we didn’t even receive a normal single serving of rice. We’ve given this place a few chances but that’s it, no more subpar food that’s overpriced. Not giving people a decent serving is cheap, not giving people the extra serving that they pay for is theft. Done with it.
