Convenient but never consistent. Service is always decent & food is usually average as expected. However, in my 50+ years of existence, I've never encountered a location with such an unreliable/unserviced shake machine. I'm pretty sure they went almost a year saying "sorry, our shake machine is down".

They never get our order right, either forgetting the sauce or leaving out items. Today they left out our 10 nuggets, and 3 apple pies! They also rung up the incorrect items…workers are not welcoming and are always stoned and slow, never a good

Would have given more stars except the workers are not exactly welcoming and friendly some are but most are not. Also the morning crew moves a lot faster than the evening crew so service is not consistent. Needs work.
Terrible experience. I ordered a curbside and they literally gave me plain water instead of lemonade. My kids happy meal had no juice at all. Not a single sauce cup was offered for the entire 40$ order. I can accept the fact that juice and sauce cups could be a mistake, but getting plain water in a lemonade is something like cheating. I will never ever buy from this place again.

I've been here at this location about 5 times. We come to this location because the one in jefferson is just plain rude.Now that we come to this one. I've seen different managers??? I would know I've worked at one before.I would ask at time for 1 or 2 sauces and they won't mind giving it too you. Now I ask and they are charging for anything past one!!!!I understand that it costs money for them to buy it, but I am a saucy girl. I love my sauces and flavors.I also had asked for 2 salt packets. im at the point of bringing my own salt!.I had asked for no salt on my food. I am only allowed so much or I can die(medical condition). They told me they were out. I had a feeling they did that because I asked for my food plain.I don't know how you can be out of salt packets if they come in huge boxes and packets so tiny. I only wanted 2 little packets.This place lost my business. They have become so stingy. I'd rather drive an hour away to one who treats me and my family better even if it's fast food.
