Would have given more stars except the workers are not exactly welcoming and friendly some are but most are not. Also the morning crew moves a lot faster than the evening crew so service is not consistent. Needs work.
The older lady that works there with the glasses and head wrap deserves a raise , she's always so sweet to me and my family, I'd go as far and say she's holding up that restaurant on her back, great job! Love

Convenient but never consistent. Service is always decent & food is usually average as expected. However, in my 50+ years of existence, I've never encountered a location with such an unreliable/unserviced shake machine. I'm pretty sure they went almost a year saying "sorry, our shake machine is down".
