Up from Florida, visiting family. Called in a pizza order. When I went to pick up, they made one of the pizzas wrong. Whomever took the order got it correct on the receipt, so the person who made it messed up! So I had to wait for a new one to be made. He did give me the mistake pizza for free to make up for it, so that was nice! They were very tasty, with plenty of toppings - but could have baked for about 3 minutes more, a little doughy and very pale crust.... but will be good...read full review

My order was 40+ minutes past when they said it would be delivered. It was cold and missing breadsticks. When I called the customer service department, they hung up on me 4 times when they realized my food (or part of it) had been delivered. All of the customer service reps were rude and had no interest in my situation. I literally had to get into the car and drive to the store to get a resolution.
