I will tell you why I don't recommend this place an I hope the owner sees this an will contact me somehow about how his business is being ran by his said girlfriend that said she was the manager. I place my order online like I normally do arrive at location at time set for pickup. Pull to drive thru guy ask if I ordered the same thing twice I told him no I didn't. So I payed my money got my food an the guy hands me the extra bag of food an said I guess you got a 2 for 1 tonight. So I get home sit down to eat an my phone rings twice back to back I answered the 2nd time because I was trying to eat an it's blazers. Making me out to be a bad person because I took food that I was told to take but the kid at the window apparently had no guts to tell his manager he gave me the food made it out like I took it. I took the money back up there even though I shouldn't have and let the girl know how I felt about how she talked to me when she called me. After this I will never shop at blazers again. Go to winghouse around the corner there food is better anyways.

just paid 30 dollars for 20 wings and a order of cheese sticks. blazers has changed from what they used to be a year or so ago. I wonder if they ever change the grease they are cooking the wings in. they are not as good as they once was and the cheese sticks were awful also. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY.

Who ever answers the phone is rude, got home with our food to find a fly COOKED into my son's wing after he already ate 3 of them. Called to let them know and just got a I'm sorry. I said it's okay he's not hungry now; because who would be after seeing that.

Terrible customer service. This is the south, yall need to have some southern hospitality. I don’t know if it’s under new ownership or what but the service is piss poor and slow as molasses. It shouldn’t take 30 plus minutes for a regular order of fries when that’s the only thing you ordered.

Smallest (overpriced) chicken wings on the planet & whatever you do, AVOID THEIR. VERSION OF (BURNT!) FRIED MUSHROOMS! Aside from that, the celery, carrots & blue cheese dressing was edible.

Wings are good but the staff leave a lot to be desired. Slam you on hold when you call and never come back to the phone. I drove there while I was on hold..not much going on inside and only 1 customer sitting in the parking lot... rude female worker with facial piercings and platinum blonde hair with braids is a real gem.
Blazers use to be a great wing spot. Now it’s like the wings taste different. I’ve went there twice and the wings still had this weird taste.

So today for lunch, I decided to go to Blazers I get there the young man that was at the window. No customer service skills at all not polite, not friendly, took my order, took my cash, gave me my order now for the big part the chicken was not cooked thoroughly. It was chewy like it was raw and not properly cooked completely the worst chicken I’ve ever had and I will never return.
