I am so amazed by Greg, Tara and Alexis and the whole team here at my local Starbucks. Greg always makes sure that my daughter and I are taken care of with every drop of coffee that I have ever ordered whether it was hot or cold. I have never felt so pampered in my life and I am a coffee connoisseur. The uplifting messages on the cup is always a plus! Thank you Greg and your spectacular team! This in side "INGLES " GROCERY STORE Starbucks" is very customer friendly and Franchise supportive. The coffee treats and different selection are excellently prepared.
Parking: The parking lot is large with a fueling area

Asked for one thing and got something different. things were added in my drink that I didn’t ask for. I could have been allergic and they wouldn’t have known.

I don’t know if they pick and choose how to make a drink but half the time my cups filled with syrup at the bottom. This time looks like a whole cup of just syrup sitting at the bottom. The one in commerce is always perfectly blended. Everytime I come here I’ve always had to mix it myself.

This was my go to spot for Starbucks for the longest thanks to the amazing staff and how they always got my complicated order right. That was until Savannah the new manager took over, every since she arrived my drink has been awful. If she spent more time worrying about the quality of the drink as she did every last cent, they wouldn't be losing a very loyal customer.

Order a toasted white hot chocolate. First time I got a regular hot chocolate. Brought it back and said you gave me a regular hot chocolate. Made a comment I can’t have caffeine because of health issues. She gives me the new drink. Wait for it to cool and take a sip. It’s a mocha with caffeine, not a white hot chocolate. It was 6:30pm. I’m not trying to drink a mocha. Went back and thankfully there was another girl there who finally got it right. If I see the first girl working again I won’t be ordering from here. If someone tells you they can’t have caffeine you better make sure you don’t give them caffeine.
Sorry I love hot chocolate and Starbucks not the best so I would past on there hot chocolate if your a coco

Came here tonight for a coffee with my partner all I can say is the two behind the bar need to work not talk. Nearly every single table was covered in pots. It was so dirty would I come here again absolutely not! It wasn’t even busy so what’s the excuse
