Ordered carry out. My waffle was the wrong kind and after I was told I had sauce in my bag they didn't even give me syrup I will not come back

We placed a to go order, waited outside for 30 minutes. When I went back inside to get my order, they hadn’t even started to prepare it and didn’t even know where my order ticket was. A complete joke for a business and a waste of time. Not even an apology. Sorry excuse for a local restaurant.

The store is nice and clean but thats the only positive point. Dark deeds occur in the back parking lot at night. And no names or dates, but ran into a terribly unkempt larger waitress on the night shift who smelled awfull and assure I will not return to this establishment again. My wife and I can cook.

Took them over 30 minutes to make my to go order. Didn't give ketchup or any other sauce . Weird piece of lettuce in my hash browns. Dissappointing
My husband have visited several times late night after bowling. Each time the food has been hot, the employees are friendly, and it’s the only Waffle House where the temperature inside is comfortable, not freezing. The young man who cooks on Thursday nights has made a point to stop by our table each time to see if everything was good. We will continue to make our late night visits to this location.
Go to order food Sunday 7/13/2025 told can’t place a Togo order til after 2 in store but we could go online a place Togo order before that. What’s the difference. We had cash wanted to place an order an take it with us. This makes absolutely no since.
