My husband have visited several times late night after bowling. Each time the food has been hot, the employees are friendly, and it’s the only Waffle House where the temperature inside is comfortable, not freezing. The young man who cooks on Thursday nights has made a point to stop by our table each time to see if everything was good. We will continue to make our late night visits to this location.
The staff here is amazing and the food is great. This store won't freeze you to death like most I have been to. The store is clean and organizing and the atmosphere is always cheerful.
When I pulled in to get my To-Go order I noticed both employees standing outside hanging out with a (on duty) Madison County Sheriffs deputy. I assumed my order was done since both employees were outside. Once inside I asked about my order and they were unaware it had even been sent in 15 minutes earlier because they were outside the entire time…..
