I've eaten at the Wing House in Hull a few times now, and the food has always been delicious. I stopped in for a late lunch today and got my burger and fries (cooked to perfection) within around 10 minutes, and the service was excellent. You couldn't ask for a better place to eat, and I will keep coming back whenever I am in the area.

Very poor customer service, the phone is a traditional line of communication but they don't seem to understand that. Called to place a order but if the phone isn't busy because the server has it in their pocket off the hook , they simply asnwer and then hang up. If they think they are the others ones who sell wings in hull they are completely wrong. I have started taking my wing business somewhere else because of the lonnnnngggggg wait times and the phone issues . I hope the owners see this post and take it seriously because it is a problem.
WingHouse is always good. I typically go for the burger although they're hot honey wings are fantastic my most recent trip was a family get together as usual, or drink orders were taken immediately, the food orders were taken shortly after that. My burger was perfect like always.

Great customer service from the guy I placed my order with. Highly disappointed about my $14 meal. I ordered a mild honey bbq 6 pc wing combo and my wings barely had any sauce! They almost tasted plain. I’m my lunch break and didn’t have time to go back. Worst $14 spent! I’m so disappointed.

Tonight the food was disappointing. We ordered dinner for the family, 2 Philly cheesesteaks and fries and 1 chicken Philly and onion rings and a cheeseburger add bacon with fries. The cheesesteaks had no meat or cheese on them mostly bread and veggies. The fries were so salty we could not eat them. Onion rings seemed as if they were old and had been cooked and sitting for a while. This used to be our go to and the food was good. But the quality and quantity had deteriorated and the prices are too high for this type of experience.
