Good chicken but a little heavy handed with the salt. I thought it was just a one time thing but my second time the chicken had way to much salt.

DO NOT go by the prices on THIS menu. They are much much higher! on some items, almost double! Waited a good while for 4 hot dogs,( 2 being baskets w/Chili slaw O.R &FF 2 lrg drink) recieved everything COLD ! THEY DID NOT PUT THE SLAW ON MY DOGS !! Only7 O.R. in a order. HOT DOGS VERY tuff, Strawberry cake was very small w/mussy strawberries.Ask the man about price difference. He said they did not make the prices attached to Google that they have not had price increase in 6 years. Then said," momma said had to go up with pricesor close down."

Love the food here. Need to have a take order window and a pick up window. I usually call in orders for pickup and still have to wait in a hodgepodge of people asking if they had ordered. No organization of any lines. The people and food are worth the wait though. Great strawberry shortcake too.

I haven't had me any big chic chicken in a few years now. When i went to my Dr office in Jackson, i found i was out of cig so went by dollar general to purchase some and on the way out of town remembered big chic was there so i stopped and ordered some food. Everything was great! Fried chicken was just as good as i remembered, if not better! Love this place!

Parking lot is rough, they charge $.60 for extra sauce, and $.50 for a refill even if you eat at the tables in the back of the park lot.. while I somewhat understand closing the windows.. I don’t particularly like when you have a customer at the window, they shut the door on you. The food was OK a little salty. There are better places closer by. But could I guess if you’re around !

Really good fried chicken! Quick service. They could improve the sweet tea.
Just left a campsite with friends, looking some local restaurants to try out. Saw this restaurant and looked good only to find out it’s like Rasing Canes, I ordered the 3 chicken strips, Fries and a large Pepsi. Like the chicken has no flavor, no spices? Wasn’t even crisp it was just plane battered chicken. Sorry but maybe finds better recipe.
The chicken and fries have become so salty to the point they're almost inedible. Lay off the salt and make them good again.

The chicken here is Awesome, if traveling through Jackson, Georgia, I definitely recommend that you stop at the Big-Chic and place an order. They have a variety of menu items, and they cook chicken gizzards fresh to order.

I wish i could give them no stars at all!! They make you wait outside in rain, sleet, or snow first off. I waited outside for 3 tenders and fries for an hour!! You can’t even get through a sentence before they close the door window on you!!
