First visit and won’t be the last! Phenomenal southern food and wonderful service! Bbq had a great sweet taste to it, chicken was AMAZING, and the sides were perfect to match! Serving style was a different (in a good way). All the food is brought to you and portioned perfectly. Whether you’re driving through or visiting the area… well worth the visit! Was able to have a chat with the owner and was a great host! Third generation owner and family run restaurant. It’s always great to support local!!

Love this place. You get served right away. All you can eat. Don't have to worry about picking from the menu because they're going to give you plenty of everything. Only thing that makes me sad is how much food is thrown away. You can buy the food for five bucks a pound but that's expensive at the end. Also you can add a little cup of ice cream to your order to go with the warm peach cobbler. I didn't know that until last time. Believe it or not they say that the sauce on the ribs is gluten-free. You should verify yourself. We win last time and ask them to not serve the ribs with the sauce because we have some celiac in our family. Other than macaroni and cheese I think most things are gluten-free except rolls of course.
Been eating at Buckner's for over 40 years. We used to go in there after the motocross races on Sunday and as a teenager we could really put it away and they made sure you left stuffed and happy. We've been when we filled up several tables and when we shared a table with strangers and made new friends.Last night we had a full table. The gal serving our table acted as if it wasn't an all you can eat affair. She brought out the initial bowels full and then only wanted to bring a refill like half full eventhough we told her that only half the table got some on the first go round. So many were sitting there waiting on a first serving of some items after like the 3rd or 4th refill because of how stingy they were being with their servings and those weren't coming with no sense of urgency. Then we had all finished eating for quite a while before she ever offered to bring the cobbler (which was peach, although they had apple cobbler listed as the choice for Friday night on their website). It was almost like if they bring the food to you slower then you'll eat less.Then on top of that the bbq gave me and several others major interjestion.
Was interesting. I sat at a round table with a couple of ladies and had quite a banquet. I have had a buffet like this but it worked rather well and I thought all the food was fantastic. And of course as everyone else points out the peach cobbler was very good.

We have a place just like this in Chattanooga Tennessee called Beas. Never knew anything like this existed. You sit at a community table and share food off of lazy Suzan. Best place to stop if you are on the road

Wonderful place all around. Came for mother's day and we had a hefty wait but that was expected. Awesome food. Awesome staff. Will be a lifetime favorite.Parking: Can get pretty full on a busy day.Kid-friendliness: Great place for children.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of ramps. Might be a bit of a bumpy ride.
