I told us to get there at 7:30. We pulled up., waited for about 20 minutes and our food was nowhere near done! Chicken run is supposed to be a fast food restaurant. But this chicken run gets its own category with slow food restaurant. The little short girl is very rude. She did not apologize about our food not being done yet. Over all -3 stars out of 5. DONT GO THERE, IM DOING YOU A FAVOR!!!

My boyfriend placed an order for us tonight. He ordered the Philly cheesesteak as he always does. When he went to pick it up he didn’t check it, but realized his order was wrong once he got home. He went back to try and get it fixed, and the staff was very argumentative and rude. They did eventually fix his sandwich, but did not offer him fries. His food was a meal, not only a sandwich. When he asked for new fries the staff got even more rude and argumentative. As an ex restaurant manager this teams behavior for a simple problem was ridiculous. This place seriously needs to do better.

We waited nearly an hour for our takeout order, only to discover upon arriving home that we had been overcharged and received the incorrect items. While we appreciated the manager's offer of a credit for a future meal to rectify the situation, we ultimately chose to request a refund. Having attempted to dine here on two separate occasions, with the first resulting in a lack of available food and this second experience occurring, we have decided not to return. Although I typically offer establishments multiple opportunities, understanding that occasional issues can arise, we have chosen to forgo a further attempt.

I had the chicken tender combo. The garlic parm flavor was OK but the seriously overcooked chicken was not. Crinkle Fries were so-so as were the onion rings, but they had obviously all been in the same fryer. I might have pointed out the bad chicken, but the customer before me was not treated well by the person in charge, so i decided not to. All other employees seemed nice.

This place has a great menu and good service! It was my first time here and I had been hearing good reviews so I had to go for myself. I was pleased, the food was great and they got it prepared quickly. The staff made me feel like I was a customer and not just another order to fill. 👍👍

I ate here yesterday , it was my first time eating there in years.. I ordered a fried chicken salad , it was okay . I got sick after eating it, but the staff was very friendly , and the cashier had a beautiful smile. I probably wont be back, but thanks anyways.

It’s a shame that you spend money at an establishment and the only thing edible was the small order of okra. These are tenders but look like wings. They were so hard my dogs wouldn’t even touch them. To call an order in for an order to be ready in 20 minutes, I still waited in the drive thru waiting on my order for an additional 20 minutes to have this when I got it home. The chicken sandwich was not cooked done and I hope the bite I took doesn’t land me in the hospital. Maybe if they paid more attention to not overcooking your food then the time they spent chatting with their friends it wouldn’t end up this way. I had this before and said I would never be back well this definitely did it for me. I won’t be back.

We ate here for dinner around 5pm (if we had noticed their 81 score prior to ordering we wouldn’t have eaten here at all) I ordered the 4 piece grilled chicken tender basket tossed in garlic parm. The chicken “tenders” were so tiny almost nugget size, the largest of the 4 was still smaller than my finger. This is absolutely ridiculous for the price & especially when we’re eating this as dinner. The chicken itself tasted fine except the ends of each tender were so chewy. The garlic parm sauce itself is delicious. Fries were not seasoned very well but crunchy so that’s a plus. Overall I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon. I see lots of comments & reviews about the tender sizes maybe they’ll care enough to fix the issue one day.
