It’s a shame that you spend money at an establishment and the only thing edible was the small order of okra. These are tenders but look like wings. They were so hard my dogs wouldn’t even touch them. To call an order in for an order to be ready in 20 minutes, I still waited in the drive thru waiting on my order for an additional 20 minutes to have this when I got it home. The chicken sandwich was not cooked done and I hope the bite I took doesn’t land me in the hospital. Maybe if they paid more attention to not overcooking your food then the time they spent chatting with their friends it wouldn’t end up this way. I had this before and said I would never be back well this definitely did it for me. I won’t be back.

We ate here for dinner around 5pm (if we had noticed their 81 score prior to ordering we wouldn’t have eaten here at all) I ordered the 4 piece grilled chicken tender basket tossed in garlic parm. The chicken “tenders” were so tiny almost nugget size, the largest of the 4 was still smaller than my finger. This is absolutely ridiculous for the price & especially when we’re eating this as dinner. The chicken itself tasted fine except the ends of each tender were so chewy. The garlic parm sauce itself is delicious. Fries were not seasoned very well but crunchy so that’s a plus. Overall I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon. I see lots of comments & reviews about the tender sizes maybe they’ll care enough to fix the issue one day.

Terrible service. Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes behind another car no one came to the window until I called inside. When they did come I was told to park because my food wasn't ready even though I gave them 30 extra minutes after the pickup I was given. I have been a long time frequent customer in the past. The service has been a serious problem here as of late. I prefer to patronize small local businesses but not sure I will be going back.

First time trying, my Deep South BLT was supposed to have green tomatoes and jalapeno ranch on it (it didn’t), the bacon was limp and chewy and bread was drenched in the sauce they tossed my fries in. My son’s grilled cheese ended up being two pieces of Texas toast (not heated or toasted) with a slice of cheese not melted. Essentially cheese sandwich. We gave it to our dogs because it was too hard to eat even they struggled. On the online order for kids drinks they had a drink labeled “AP” we ordered it thinking it was apple juice and was Arnold Palmer. That was my mistake. The restaurant itself smelled like throw up, although it seemed clean, just smelled weird.
Well first time here and last time ? I ordered a Fried Catfish plate with okra I got one grilled fish with a small amount of okra I am glad I checked my box before I left so they made it over then they gave me another lady order then I got mine it was a mess ?
