The past few weeks me and my family have been here has been a joke. All the crew does is play. People are waiting on milkshakes and food because the employees are playing. That crew at night needs a adult manager not that young manager because all she does is play as well. We loved going to that dairy queen but now we don't because if how pathetic the crew is

We asked for french fries and were told they didn’t have fries at that location. That’s fine but when we ordered the pretzels instead the lady working showed obvious annoyance. She sighed as if we were inconveniencing her. I understand she was working alone and could have been having a bad day but you don’t act like the customers are nuisances! She didn’t smile once. Just stared at me with what felt like a hateful look while we ordered. I don’t know what her problem was but I don’t think she should be doing this kind of job. I wish I knew her name because I don’t want people to take things wrong when I describe her… She was an older lady. Gray in her hair and maybe shoulder length. It was pulled back. She was a black woman. We were nothing but friendly to her. I wouldn’t even be writing this review had she not sighed when we ordered the pretzels. I would have just let it go. However, that is just outright rude and unacceptable.

Can’t eat inside! I don’t do food and ice cream in the car! No employees want to work.

Not friendly or helpful at all! Asked for a larger cup and lid for mini blizzard since we are traveling and eating in the car. Gave me a lid for the blizzard cup. Open it going down the road and of course it was starting to melt and was too full for a lid to begin with. Thanks for the giant mess in our car!

Piss poor attitude and service to match. I stopped here for the night instead of the Flying J right down the street which has a Denny’s all because I wanted DQ. Such a disappointing experience.
