Food was delicious I had the bourbon chicken platter with the tortillas and a strawberry lemonade. The only thing I didn't like was the carpet was real filthy and need to be cleaned. Something kept hitting on me and not sure what but I kept hitting at whatever it was could have been gnats, mosquitoes or fleas but whatever it was it kept making me uncomfortable. Clean that nasty carpet better yet remove it.
Got my birthday meal- pancakes, eggs & sausage. Really great as usual. They had a cook quit so there was a long wait but when the food came it was hot & very tasty. The server was wonderful.
Overall I had a nice experience. It’s been a while since I’ve eaten at a Denny’s. I recently started a new job off the exit and with few places to choose from, Denny’s is the best to choose from in my opinion.With the exit being a main truck stop point there should be more than 3-4 places to eat.When I first walked in no one was at the front to seat me, I honestly was assuming my experience wasn’t going to be pleasant.
