I will not be returning. The cashier I encountered on Sunday should not be running the register. She was vey dismissive and declared they would not prepare an app order. All in all I was really disappointed.

Tried the Dunkalatte,it was very sweet like extra sugar added. Got 3 Boston creme doughnuts,they were all terrible,we all 3 agreed,clerk asked how it was, I had to tell her...she said those are not made there and she agreed they should have more filling and be fresher,but......

It's a good place for donuts,I have had good and service going through the drive thru.But the donuts are usually fresh.

If they would eventually get my order right, that'd be great. They ring it up right, receipt is right, but when I open the sandwich, BAM, there is bacon on it when I ordered turkey sausage. Sometimes, I get bacon instead, or like today, I got both. I really wish I could figure out the magic formula. I can't help having mild Alpha Gal and I used to love bacon, but it is not worth the allergic reaction I get from eating it, even if it is technically mild. I don't beat anyone over the head with it, I don't expect special treatment. But dang it, it would be nice if they could get my order right.

Leaving a bad review today despite this being my favorite Dunkin. Light skin young dude I believe is a manger wears braces, fake Afro was super rude today, his attitude was trash his line was 10 minutes for the a coffee then had the nerve to try & charge me to fix my coffee. I won’t be back cause I spent way too much money to ever be disrespected and I called corporate and complained as well . If you don’t like your job then get a new one

Very good customer service. It’s a JP owned business so I know they pay and treat their employees horrifically so I won’t give it five stars. But everyone is usually nice and my drinks are almost always correct which is rare for a dunkin.

Love, love, love this Dunkin’! We come here at least 3 times a week to grab their cold brews with cold foam on top. Always consistently good, the coffee is brewed to perfection and they always put enough cold foam on top. The staff is super nice and friendly, and they always provide fast service. Whoever is running this place knows what they’re doing! I’ve been to various Dunkin’ Donuts and this is by far the best one I have ever been to. We will continue to come here and give this Dunkin’ our business, highly recommend!

My Fiance’s drink was mainly ice and had all but two sips of drink in it.I asked for a vanilla bean coolatta and was given a Caramel because the girl at the window gave it to drive thru.Then we had to remind them that we ordered a bacon biscuit after 10mins of waiting.Wont be returning.

I had a terrible experience with bad customer service. When I pulled up to the intercom, Stefan asked how he could help me. I said, "Give me a quick moment." Less than 5 seconds later, Stefan asked if I was ready. I said no, and he asked again if he could help me. I repeated no, and he told me to hurry up. This all happened within a minute. Then he told me I could go somewhere else. Yes, I got upset. After he made that statement. You should never rush your customers or speak to them that way. I used to come here twice a week, but I will never step foot in Dunkin again. I understand there's a time limit for drive-thru, but I was there for less than 45 seconds with everything that happened. The district manager stated she will address the situation.
