First I am soooooo Happy this DD is here, perfer this over the coffee shop starting with an S,I have read some of the reviews and I find it hard to believe that some have given Bad reviews especially about management,I have personally witnessed management and team members going above and beyond for customers who are and can be difficult because of impatience,sometimes you have to wait a few extra minutes for things,you can't just walk in and go ahead of the Class but anyway( just my opinion) I love the staff in this facility,great bunch of people and I have always received great customer service and NOT just when the district manager is there,She is also AWESOME!!!!!

Great service with friendly staff. They always have my mobile order ready promptly and accurately. I love stopping here for the convenience and most days the drive thru wait isn't bad. There are a few slow days with community events or morning rush but we've only had one experience where we waited about 20 mins. Every other trip is 5 mins or less to get our order.

Just wanted to say that I am at this location every single day. They're several people that make my experience awesome. Cierra is always so happy and smiling. Her attitude towards each customer is phenomenal. Chelsea (the manager) is exceptional as well and calls alot of customers by name. My coffee is always right! Thank's for all ya'll do.

Sierra/Ciara is the rudest, most unprofessional employees y'all have at this Dunkin! Her only job is to get the food to the customer and she can't do that without an attitude!!!!! The 2 lady managers are AMAZING! and the young guys are the sweetest and always run your food rain, snow, sleet or shine-- WITH A SMILE!! **DO BETTER SIERRA!!!!!**

Pretty terrible, they're in need of serious help. More professional staff would be nice and the chicken egg and cheese croissant was gristly and rubbery. Waited 20 mins for my order, however the staff that was there was generally polite. I think better management may be in question.

Train wreck! What in the world? How is this DD still open? This was my first time coming to this location. It's been open for quite some time. My gut told me never to come here since I learned they don't make their donuts daily. I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese croissants with crispy bacon. I was told to pull up after I paid. There was a car in front of me waiting. Even though I pulled up, the car behind me could not pull up to the window. The lane to my right was also blocked because the mobile order lane had a car waiting. We were all trapped at this point. 2 employees came to my door with food and asked what I'd ordered. The car behind me got their food and got out to hand an employee a bag of donuts they did not order. She still could not leave because she was blocked in. I finally got my food but the bacon looked raw. Independently owed with no DD standards. I will never return.
