I have no idea what’s been going on but goodness! Haven’t had a decent coffee in months from this location. When it was first opened it was pretty good. Now the coffee is never what you ask for and it takes forever to get it. Guess I’m going back to making my own. Atleast there will be consistency

been going here for 23 years as of today I was informed my coffee was $4.55 for an xl hot coffee with caramel cream and sugar and have been paying $3.56 which i think is high but this price increase did it for me you have lost a loyal customer and many other people I know we understand stuff is high but a cup of coffee for almost $5 no thank you hopefully the right person sees this and does something about it i mean qt 1.99 xl coffee is sounding real good right now

I visit Dunkin every morning and everything is always fresh! My favorite Dunkin worker is Cc she’s the best and fast!! My order has never been wrong!!
This Dunkin’ has massively gone downhill. They were great when they first opened. But literally the last three times I have went I had an issue. My first issue is they had me pull into the mobile line and then forgot about me for 20 minutes. When they finally brought my food out, it was cold. The second issue was similar, except they forgot about me at the window.
This most recent time, and the last straw was when I had placed a mobile order and came to get it I sat at the speaker with no one in the drive-through for five minutes. They finally answered and had me pull forward. I sat at the window for 10 minutes with nobody else there. They give me my drink and they finally give me my food, but I had ordered 10 munchkins that they did not bring. When I told them the person at the window rolled her eyes went and got the munchkins and gave me a bag with seven and closed the window fast so I couldn’t tell her it was wrong. Which means she knew. I’m disappointed in how bad this place has gotten.
