First I am soooooo Happy this DD is here, perfer this over the coffee shop starting with an S,I have read some of the reviews and I find it hard to believe that some have given Bad reviews especially about management,I have personally witnessed management and team members going above and beyond for customers who are and can be difficult because of impatience,sometimes you have to wait a few extra minutes for things,you can't just walk in and go ahead of the Class but anyway(...
Great service with friendly staff. They always have my mobile order ready promptly and accurately. I love stopping here for the convenience and most days the drive thru wait isn't bad. There are a few slow days with community events or morning rush but we've only had one experience where we waited about 20 mins. Every other trip is 5 mins or less to get our order.
Just wanted to say that I am at this location every single day. They're several people that make my experience awesome. Cierra is always so happy and smiling. Her attitude towards each customer is phenomenal. Chelsea (the manager) is exceptional as well and calls alot of customers by name. My coffee is always right! Thank's for all ya'll do.
