Overall the food was delicious except for onion rings we received as we were among the early 4 PM customers and these must have been left over from the day before. The whole catfish my wife had were nowhere as good as my catfish filets, which were hot and larger than I expected. Excellent service by our waitress Amanda but it took a very long time to pay our check up front. One of the employees said "We're swamped and understaffed. I'm not answering another phone...
My visit went okay. Food was okay. People were nice and service was decent. Waitress was very friendly. Nothing really great aside from being the only dine-in restaurant in the area.
The restaurant staff were good. The onion rings were very good but did not have any dipping sauce. The kids chicken strips were rubbery. I had the ribeye and fried shrimp which for the price was very good. The baked potato was soft. The steak sauce looked like they were refilling the bottles because the stuff was caked on the top and the bottle. Not the cleanest impression. Also they don’t plan ahead and adequately prepare enough food as they had already run out of many popular...
