We are still trying to figure out how our bill was over $78 before tip?! 12 wings, 1 fry, 1 buffalo Mac & cheese bowl, 1 side salad, 1 Mac & cheese bites appetizer, 1 water & a small ice cream!!
💩 🕳, and the owner is a pice of 💩
I had them cater a thanksgiving dinner not only was everything so delicious but the fast response to our order, easy pick up, and they checked to make sure everything was going great!! I would definitely recommend them for catering and of course dining!! Wonderful service place and people !!!
The food was pretty good. Hamburger could've used a little bit more seasoning. Our main complaint would be the prices. Cost us almost $50 with a tip for 2 hamburgers with loaded fries. I drank water, and my husband had sweet tea. He did say the sweet tea was very good! The food was hot and obviously fresh! Waitress was nice, but we did sit for a while waiting on the ticket because we didn't know we needed to pay at the window. Also, we were given old menus, so when we went to order, 3 different things we wanted were no longer available.

It was incredibly good food. Good looks, smell, everything. Completely lived up to good standards. Highly recommend. Also recommend the Buffalo Chicken macaroni, it's really good and I've had it twice (only been twice). It's small but jeez it makes you full fast!! French fries are really good aswell. Try the sweet tea, it's nice and not too sweet not bitter at all, very good. The whole outside thing is nice, not that many flies. There is also a great view of the lake and a good boat dock for boats to park at and grab something to eat if wanted.

Ordered the brisket, Mac and cheese, slaw, fries, and fried pickles. The brisket was just a smoked chuck roast. Dry and tough. The Mac and cheese was more like grease and cheese. The fries and pickles were good and the slaw was good. service was good. I will not be going back. If you say brisket, cook a brisket. I have cook many and this was nothing like I have ever cooked.

Went to Fire and Ice for dinner tonight. Was really craving catfish. To my disappointment it wasn’t on the menu. But my knight in shining armor, my hero; Dominic. The best waiter I’ve ever had rolled up his sleeves, hopped in Jackson lake and went noodling just to catch me a catfish. It was impressive that it took him less than 2 minutes to catch the biggest, slimiest, catfish I’ve ever seen. He then proceeded to skin, clean, and cook my catfish all by himself. What a true American. I will be visiting again just to see Dominic. Ladies and Gentlemen, if your daughters are single I would suggest introducing them to Dominic, a real man.
My tire went flat as I was leaving and to my great surprise Dominic patched it right then and there. We <3 Dominic.

Today we visited Fire & Ice Pizza a restaurant we've loved. Unfortunately, this trip fell far short of our expectations.
After a long drive (3 hours round trip!), we were eager to enjoy some brisket. However, our experience was marred by several issues. Firstly, the food arrived cold. This was especially disappointing considering the distance we traveled specifically just to eat here. Secondly, the portions seemed much smaller than usual. We left feeling hungry, which wasn't the case on previous visits.
Most concerning was the service we received. Our waiter displayed a rude attitude throughout the meal. We attempted to flag them down to politely mention the issues, but they seemed to consistently avoid our table. This made it impossible to address the problems and enjoy our meal.
We understand that even great restaurants can have off days. However, considering the combination of cold food, small portions, and dismissive service, this visit left us feeling quite disappointed. Definitely wasn't worth the $116 we spent to eat there. Honestly I don't know if I will make a return trip.

My first experience here was a blessing. This last visit I’m unsure what’s occurred but it won’t be a place I’ll return to. The wait staff was rude with me when just asking for silverware in the most polite way. All the years I worked in a restaurant on my worst day I didn’t treat my customers with that lack of respect. When the food arrived the portions weren’t warm or hot. The other issue was the portions had decreased so much I will not return. Best of luck on your endeavors to whomever owns this location.

Nonsense wouldn’t eat here again.
My first trip and second trip here was amazing since I’m not local to the area. This last visit next me confused. Not only was the wait staff less than attentive and with a dash of rude with every request the portions were less than they were the last few times I visited. I’ll just cook my own brisket from now on.
