Poor customer service. We spent 89.00 on wings, tenders, and a burger. The chicken tenders were not a chicken tender and it was horrible. We also ordered fries that we never got. Terrible experience here and we will not be going back!

Right, let’s get this straight… I’ve eaten a lot of terrible food in my life, but this? This is on another level of disaster. The fries—good God—they were so soggy you could wring them out like a wet towel. Crinkle-cut? More like crinkle-ruined. Who in their right mind serves fries this limp?
Now the chicken tenders. Tenders? They should be arrested for false advertising. The breading wasn’t crispy, it wasn’t crunchy—it was a sad, soggy coat that slid right off like wet wallpaper. And the oil—don’t get me started on the oil. Old, stale, flavorless… I wouldn’t fry a frozen fish stick in that rubbish. It leaves this greasy film in your mouth like you’ve just licked the inside of a petrol station fryer. Absolutely vile.
And the wings… glossy, yes, but in the same way a puddle is glossy after it rains in the car park. One bite and all I could taste was bad oil. No seasoning, no character, nothing. Just lifeless chicken drowning in mediocrity.
This meal didn’t just disappoint—it was an insult. If this kitchen were on Hell’s Kitchen, I’d shut it down in five minutes flat. Shocking, appalling, disgraceful. Save your money, and for the love of food, save your taste buds.

I have tried to eat here twice. A few months ago and they were out of wings. I went today and rang the bell. He opened the window and said he would be with me in a few minutes. I waited for ten minutes and he opened the window and said he was out of wings and his boss was on the way with more but had no time frame for how long. I thought to myself he could have told me that ten minutes ago And no wasted my time. They may have the best wings ever but they definitely don’t know how to run a business.

I have not received my food yet. I have heard only great things about the wings here, which is what I ordered. It's a small little personally owned kitchen. 3 long tables 4 chairs each. The service is , well, personally, in my eyes, because there are certain requirements and attitudes as well as attention that it takes for in my overall opinion true customer service. The woman with the long braids was the one here today, and she exceeded the requirements and I felt what a true customer experience should feel and that my friends would be community. I felt as if we already knew each other. I will be posting my wings and rating in a few moments.

Horrible customer service. Waited over an hour for an order that we called in just for them to tell us the order was never received and being insulted for the miscommunication. We will never spend our money here again. This happened once before and we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. We all have bad days but the disrespect was outrageous.

Can't believe anyone has anything to say good about this place. It's trashed and nasty, also falling apart, about 5 gallons of water standing on floor,roof caving in and had the food been worth a shit I could have looked past all that. But it sucked too, fish fried to death,and dried out wings fried hard as hell, maybe they were having a bad day I don't know, but the entire thing from start to finish sucked big time, will never be back

literally my first ever review. the people who run it are so nice and the food is cheap AND fast. i haven’t had such good seasoned wings/tenders IN A LONG TIMEEEE. not only are the people nice but they actively engage in conversation with me. 1000000/10 recommend
lets just say i havent had good (honey) lemon pepper sauce in a very long time or dare i say ever. 10/10 recommend. literally tore my food up within 10 minutes. my plate was dry by the time i was over with that bad boy.

My family stopped here for lunch after visiting the falls. The wings are amazing. Hands down some of the best I’ve had in a long time. I really liked the garlic Parmesan flavor. My husband got hot and it was also very good. They were crispy and saucy and good. We will be coming back.
