It was a clean, well-kept up restaurant. The food was delicious, Southern food. The service was really good. I truly enjoyed interacting with the woman who was in the dining area. I would absolutely go back if I were in the area again.

The pork job was greasy and fatty and no taste The Black eyed peas were awful and couldn't take what a bite out of each The biscuit was good so I took it down the street to the lunchbox where I ate it with a piece of hamburger steak with Crowder peas and mashed potatoes and gravy it was great save your money and go to the lunch box

If you’re looking for good southern food fast, you found it here. Food is always seasoned to perfection. I recommend based off of that, that you take a bite of food before you season it. They definitely have reasonable prices. It’s Piccadilly style but always fresh!!!

Hold up folks, if you want some AMAZING ,home cooked southern soul food ..you have to try this place !! We had an amazing lunch today ! No seasonings needed and so much soul put into the food ...mmmm man them taters! Boiled okra! And omg that fried chicken! I took it to the bones !

We ordered the fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and black eyed peas. Everything was so good and well seasoned. Banana pudding is REAL banana pudding and phenomenal. Definitely recommend

The food was awesome, esp the Mac and cheese and mash potatoes! I would highly recommend the peach cobbler!
Stopped in for lunch after picking up some shoes I had repaired. I felt like they were closing, but they still had a couple of hours to go. The service was stellar, but the food was far from it. The friend chicken was way overcooked, hard, and super greasy. The collards were, I'm not sure. Corn was sweet and decent. The dressing even with cranberry sauce was not good. The peach cobbler crust was extremely doughy and undercooked. I try to patronize us, but was quite disappointed. The young lady was fixing plates, helping the cashier and looking out for everyone. I ended up trashing the entire plate and cobbler. $16 down the compactor.
Hubby and I visited for the first time this weekend and were not disappointed. I had the fried tilapia and hubby had the fried chicken. Delish! Hubby did say his mashed potatoes didn't have any flavor and tasted boxed. The peach cobbler was AMAZING. Tasted just like my grandmother's. It needed a little more thickening, but tasty. We can't wait to get back. The customer service was impeccable and the restaurant was clean. Oh, the prices were quite reasonable as well. We had two meals and a dessert for uner $20.🙌🏾🙌🏾
