Nice little coffee shop across from The Hawkins Headquarters. They have gone in with the Stranger Things vibe, many local places were shooting locations for the show. They have a ST menu. I got the Sheriff Hopper, Hot Chocolate with Vanilla and Hazelnut. Friendly staff and quick service. Great place to grab a hot drink. They also have a cool floating Max.

I made a Gmail account just to leave a review. This place is a disgrace to Stranger Things. I ordered the “Will Byers” latte just to receive an undrinkable cup of beigeness. Even before I received my drink, the employees had already diminished any expectations I had about Lucy Lus. The two young men were painfully ignorant and unwilling to answer questions about the menu. I don’t even want my $9.63 back; I want my dignity back. I recommend this place to anyone who is willing to put aside their self respect for an insulting cup of “coffee”.

Worst coffee shop experience ever. The atmosphere here is subpar and only thing supporting this business. When approaching the cash register, the two male teenagers who were working at that time were sitting with friends at a local table. Not too welcoming, then when asking a simple question, he replied in a very short response that also did not feel too welcoming. The stranger things menu is neat, but it’s just random 2-3 syrup flavors that do not correlate to anything stranger things except it’s they are labeled with a random cast member name. After receiving the drinks, me and my girlfriend tried them and decided to not finish either of ours. I got the demo dog, she got the Will Byers. Both lattes, with both leaving us dumb founded on how awful they taste, with no evidence of coffee actually being present. It tasted like sugar milk, like another reviewer mentioned. Customer service was unprofessional, not welcoming, coffee tasted nothing like COFFEE, and the menu in my opinion is nothing special to stranger things except it’s labeled with stranger things cast members. I don’t blame the business owner, I blame the two people working there that created this fun experience to be a waste of money. I believe they are too focused on hanging out with friends rather than servicing customers or even trying to make an actually coffee drink.

very delicious coffees and very friendly staff. we got a demi Gordon omeretta and white chocolate iced latte with white chocolate cold foam and it was delicious. The decor was really cool too. We went there for the Stranger Things and they have a cool Max and Vecna hanging in there and they also have a bunch of baseball stuff which I'm a big baseball fan and I really appreciated that.

We stopped into Lucy Lu’s Coffee Shop because it’s highly recommended and located near the Stranger Things filming locations in Jackson. We were not greeted when we walked in, and the gentleman working the counter was rude and appeared to hate his job. We were told they were out of hot chocolate, which is fine, but the poor attitude and lack of customer service made the visit unpleasant. I would not return based on the service alone.

Went in today since this is very popular with the stranger things itinerary but i was very disappointed. I was not greeted, the coffee I received was nasty, the employees were very dry and didn’t have no enthusiasm whatsoever. Wouldn’t Recommend or go back
