I GOT A CROSSANT EGG SALAD SANDWICH! CROSSANT WAS NASTY AND STALE. I MENTION THIS TO THE SANDWICH MAKER AND HE SAID THEY WERE FROZEN. 1ST THEY SHOULD BE FRESH NOT FROZEN! WHEN YOU CUT A CROSSANT IF IT'S NOT FRESH OR SOFT, YOU SHOULDN'T SERVE IT!

Matcha was atrocious, it looked grey instead of green and tasted so bitter, wasn’t even whisked properly and server named Quin didn’t even asked it and decided iced for me. Smoothie was made from pre made drink. Bagel was alright.
The customer service wasn’t good at all and the server looked so bored, prepared our beverages while being on the phone and put no effort into making them.

First time I experienced Lucy Lu’s coffee cafe was a disappointment. The gentleman named Quinn took our order. His customer service skills were the opposite of great. He was not friendly. He never helped us when we asked him questions about the coffee drinks. It was a one-word sentence. Never said have a good day or anything. Very much got the impression that he was miserable and he didn't want to be there. After he took our order he leaned over the counter and played on his phone while we waited for our beverages. After being treated with that behavior I would have much rather gotten a beverage elsewhere.
Well this place is freaking darling. Atmosphere is great, employees and service are great. The girls we spoke with this morning were very cheerful and nice. Our coffees were both delicious. We had a coffee cake to eat, it was divine. I’m guessing whoever makes their baked goods knows what they’re doing. The others looked great but we wanted breakfast sandwiches. We were both satisfied with our breakfast croissants… if I had ONE comment, and it’s really just a suggestion, because I would eat the sandwich exactly like I got it today any other day of the week… it would be to toast the croissants for the sandwiches. They came out warm and steamed but I’m really a toasty gal. Great start to our morning. My husband and I will be back.

I work nearby & was in the mood for a coffee. This place looked interesting to try so I walked in and I was greeted , welcomed and was helped on what to order since it was my first time there. All of this excellent customer service was extremely refreshing especially since it’s hard to find that in GA. On top of that, the coffee has got to be on the top 5 list of coffees I’ve ever had.

This is a quaint little coffee and tea shop on the square in Jackson, Ga. They have fun Stanger Things lattes and teas. There is definitely small town America meets Hollywood vibe. Staff was helpful and friendly. I had a Demongorgon Latte. Yum!
