3 tries to get order right after waiting 25 minutes in drive thru and fish sandwich suppose to be steamed bun not toasted. It's just not as good that way. Only thing good was fries. The were just right

Monticello Talks

While in Jackson Georgia I decided to stop and get lunch. I was planning on using the drive thru but the line was literally out the drive, I counted 16 cars in line so I parked next door and went in. There was only one customer ahead of me and they had already ordered. Great I thought smart move coming in, nope was I ever wrong.

First of all there was no one to greet you or take your order, so I had to use the kiosk, which by the way I hate, you should have a choice, a kiosk can’t smile and greet you.

I played my order at 2:37 PM and waited for 23 minutes to get my food, (I only ordered a fish fillet combo) every car that was in the line plus some others that got in line had already got their food and left.

Why?!? Why is that the case, what makes their order come before mine since my order was placed way before most of the others, it should be first come first served no matter if you are inside or out, they food comes from the same kitchen.
Whoever or whatever company franchise owns this location needs to go to it unannounced and see what the problem is, because there is definitely a problem.

I ordered and chose to pay at the counter. I asked an employee if I could pay and she said someone else would have to help me. It took another 15mins for an employee to tell me that my order hasn't been started because I haven't paid. I was 25 mins in on the wait and decided to take my buisness to burger king where it took 5 mins to have my food and be out the door. My wife paid for an order after I did and waited 30 mins for a cheese burger and frozen Fanta. She left without getting any food or a refund because the lady at the register was MIA. I also saw 2 employees get really nasty with a customer who was upset about having to wait over 30 mins for a drink. The GM should pull video on 5/31/25 between 920 and 950pm and see how their employees treat people.

My friend and I went to McDonald's to get our kid's something quick for dinner. After ordering our first initial order, we used a coupon code. We then told the gentleman taking orders at the drive through that we had a separate order. A second later, a woman asks for our coupon code. My friend then tells her the code for her daughter's order. We get to the window and apparently the female cashier put the wrong code in for the wrong order. I guess the male cashier never communicated we asked for a separate order. Which wasn't even the problem! We tried to see if there was a way around the issue so that we didn't lose our discount. The manager was called to the window. She was very rude and unprofessional! First she literally starts fussing at us telling me that we were supposed to tell them it was a separate order. After trying to explain to her, that we did in fact request a separate order, she proceeds to slam the window shut and starts using profanity loudly and profusely. Insisting that we were liars over a $1.50 off a happy meal.... She was very rude, extremely ignorant and most importantly highly unprofessional. I have no idea how a woman of her character is left in charge of any place of business. Our underage children were present and they heard and witnessed every foul thing she said. The food here is subpar, fine when it's fresh but the service is the absolute WORST! Go elsewhere!!!

They will ignore you. And when you ask for help, it’s like you asked them to lick the bottom of your feet.
No ice in the drinks.
Drinks half way filled up.
You will wait 20 minutes for food.
It’s not the crew that rude. It’s the Manager/s

To begin with, the ledge where they take your order was broken and that is a danger for the people in line. Besides, for some reason they don't have ice cream when it's 2:14PM? Everything else was fine.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to in my entire life. Stay away from this place I waited 30 minutes for a happy meal and never ended up getting my food and paid for it too Absolute worst McDonald’s experience of my life

Waited 30 minutes and still ended up with no food. Not sure why they kept taking orders since no one was actually getting anything they ordered. Management will have to do better and at least communicate something, or stop taking orders to try and catch up

Employees are generally very rude. Once witnessed a manager having a meltdown screaming and crying at employees. Took my disabled partner and ordered through the kiosk and heard them audibly mocking and insulting us. Very strange experience.
