Waited 30 minutes and still ended up with no food. Not sure why they kept taking orders since no one was actually getting anything they ordered. Management will have to do better and at least communicate something, or stop taking orders to try and catch up

Employees are generally very rude. Once witnessed a manager having a meltdown screaming and crying at employees. Took my disabled partner and ordered through the kiosk and heard them audibly mocking and insulting us. Very strange experience.

I never thought I’d be writing these words smh, but if you are WHITE? & add a Trump hat on your head? You will wait. & wait. & wait. We Ordered 2 coffees, iced caramel machs. “23” mins later we’re still waiting. No one else was even left inside restaurant! Went up to the counter & had to ask yet again. A few mins later he walks out with 2 drinks, which weren’t coffees! Told the guy that & he argued it over & over, almost 10 minutes later? They hand my husband the right coffees. We were screwed with big time! & before anyone wants to say it was a misunderstanding? I actually went back inside to try to place a food order? They stayed in the back totally ignoring me. I waited to see how long it would take them to come help me, well 6 mins later (oc I was timing it now) a black driver, the same one was next to our truck at gas pumps, heard us talking & came inside McDonalds? & the worker walked straight out of the back & up to the counter & took his order! He asked them why they hadn’t helped me? They told him they didn’t know I was there… I’ve seen this kinda crap on the news but this is the first time & 1st state that this has happened to us! We drive from northern Michigan throughout the states & never had a problem till today! •YOU ALL NEED TO GROW UP!
