We ordered a big mac and a double quarter pounder the Big Mac had one patty three buns and between the top and middle buns there was nothing not even sauce I took one bite and it was so salty I couldn't even finish eating it and to top it off it looked like they threw everything in the box and called it good the double quarter pounder was absolutely drenched in grease and both buns were top buns lol and again it was just thrown in the box lol it literally looked like they put the order together with their eyes closed and to top it off my Sprite was watery like they had made it before anybody even ordered it and just left it there and the ice had melted and with the amount of time it took them to make it it should've at least looked appetizing. The people were nice though so that's a plus I guess

Ordered 2 20 piece mcnuggets, got 2 10 piece mcnuggets instead. Didn't notice til I got home. The worst part: I tried to call the store and the number is disconnected! You can't even call to try and get a refund or complain. Never coming back to this location.

I ordered and after 25 minutes, they came and told us they lost our order and aske for our receipt proceed to take another 15 minutes to make it from there. Once we got it, the fries were cold and soggy McNuggets were flavorless and they forgot to add bacon and onions to the double bacon quarter pounder. Went back to get sauce because they didn’t put sauces in the bag. The manager told the nice employee that was there to not give me any. Will never return here was awful service and awful food was not worth the 35+ minutes it took.

I am very is satisfied about my order I spent $20. I was traveling through and stopped by chicken nuggets was old. The fries were tasted burn like they have been re-dropped in grease. I would like my refund back.

Very Bad service and served old food, and I wonder why they even take your order. It should be pull up and pay 3 times more than you should and get a mystery bad full of nothing edible.

No one knows how to answer the phone, I ordered twice in the same week during the night and both times my order was wrong, first time they gave me a regular bacon qp and last night i ordered two pies (strawberries and cream) and only got one pie AND it was an apple pie. Will be going at some point to get it fixed.
