Worst experience I’ve had at Moe’s in any state. Every component of my meal was bland, down to the salsa. The meat was flavorless and seemingly unfit for consumption. A waste of $15.

We used Moe’s for catering and everything was fantastic! The food was fresh, flavorful, and arrived right on time. The setup was easy, and everyone loved the build-your-own bar. Great service and great value—we’ll definitely use them again!!!

Went in 7/13/25 walked up and it was flys ALL OVER the food! Food was uncovered. Staff were joking and talking to each other. Young lady even asked if I wanted a burrito or bowl! I said flys are all over the food! She laughed!!!! I was SHOCKED!

Absolutely the worst Moes. We’ve given this place multiple chances and everytime, our food is wrong and cold. The service is subpar as well. We’ve accepted that the Jackson location is horrible and we will not be back.

Sorry, Moe's! Three different visits and all three were awful. Tonight's visit resulted in not having any meat but ground beef and no queso. This is, by far, the worst Moe's we've ever been to.
