As I’m sitting in the waiting area noticing 1st they said 15 minutes I arrived at the time and still waiting for food while the employees behind the counter are eating and preparing food with out gloves. Lack of professionalism and not a care in the world for health codes. I’ve been here for 20 minutes waiting for food that was supposed to be done almost 30 minutes ago.

Awful awful awful… we are traveling we are staying at a hotel near by (4 min) I ordered one pepperoni pizza and breadstick at 6:25pm at 7:50 I called and they said it was out for delivery… it is now 8:52 and the pizza is still not here. First off it does not take an hour and a half to make a pizza, secondly 4 minutes away?!? How in the heck has my pizza been out for delivery for over an hour when it is 4 minutes away.UPDATE: never got my pizza! Called corporate ?‼️

If I could give a negative star I would!!! Placed order they sent wrong order! Then had the Gaul to ask us to bring it back to them! Gave us a quality control pizza for next order ordered the next weekend and they screwed up order again. And then refused to fix it. Never again will they get a dime from me or my friends and family!!

I deal with escalated customer issues daily on my team, so it was important to me to have solid resolution as a customer. Thank you Kelsie.Updating to three stars from one because the food is actually good and fresh. KUDOS! This is RIDICULOUS! I placed my order at 7:49 and nearly two hours later, I have not received my order. I just received it at 9:25 pm. The driver was very apologetic, but don't give your customers false expectations. Ridiculous!
