This location in downtown Jackson ga can not make a pizza at all. Dough taste like cardboard. Family would not eat it. Had to buy another dinner for everyone

Took 2 hours to get my food. when it finally arrived it was cold and they made my pizza wrong. I called for a refund and they said they issued the refund but I never got my money back. worst management and service I've ever seen. don't order from here.

Great Papa Johns always get my order correct and get it done super fast. I usually do takeout and I never have to wait by the time I get there my Pizzas are always done . Ordering from the app there is always good deals and you can make you order exactly to your liking on the app.
Parking: Usually plenty of parking on the street next to Papa Johns, or there is parking spots in the square, but on Friday and Saturday the parking spots may be difficult to find but the street parking next to there is always plentiful
