This is the worst place that I have ever tried to order food from. I called and the music in the background was so loud the girl that was trying to take the order could not hear me. I had to repeat myself about seven times. When I asked did you get that. She's smart ass said I'm waiting to take your order. In a loud voice as if she was the one offended. Every time we order from here something is wrong. They leave stuff off they don't cook the pizza they don't cut the pizza it's always something. So we are never going to do business with this hole again.

I called in a delivery order and repeated my order 4 times and still received a meat lovers piizza. I ordered a large pan supreme. The delivery driver was super nice... I called the store and asked to speak to someone to resolve my issue.I was put on hold for 9. Minutes and no one ever came to the phone i have never had an order wrong or any problems with my order I understand mistakes happen but to repeat my order 4 times and it still is not what I ordered.... Call to let someone know and never got anyone to the phone! Please.... If u aren't sure what a customer wants just ask until u get it right. I wasn't even upset until I was put on hold for 10 minutes

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received from the Pizza Hut location in Jackson. I placed an online order for chicken Alfredo and other items, which were delivered to my home. However, upon opening the order, I discovered that the Alfredo was missing. When I contacted the store, the representative I spoke with was unprofessional and informed me that they no longer carry Alfredo. I explained that I had ordered it online and paid for it, but she simply stated that she didn't know why it was available online if they don't carry it. My husband asked if we could receive store credit and exchange it for wings. The representative told him what options were available, but when he asked if the new items could be delivered, she refused, stating that it wasn't enough for the driver to return. My husband pointed out that we had originally ordered enough food to qualify for delivery, and it wasn't our fault that the Alfredo was sold out. He requested to speak with a manager, but the representative abruptly ended the call. I expect a higher level of customer service from Pizza Hut.

Tried to order over phone due to the fact I was driving, was asked could I hold on for a moment. I replied I could was left on hold for 5 minutes. About 20 minutes later I pulled into parking lot of Pizza Hut and placed my order online. When I went into the restaurant I received no greeting and the young lady at the front counter was on her cell phone. Once I got home I actually realized my cookie wasn't cut. Will not return this location again!

I now know why Pizza Hut eat in restaurants have failed, the service sucks. You order dine in at the counter so the employees don’t have to do their jobs. You get your own drinks and when our server brought out our pizza, we had to get up and get our own plates and napkins. If we would have ordered at the table she would not have gotten a tip but since we ordered at the counter when we first came in we tipped not knowing the service was going to be so pathetic. Never come back here again.

I am placed an online order at 4:08 and the estimated time of delivery was 5:08. Received order at 5:23 and everything was on the colder side of warm. The cheese pizza and Italian sausage pizza tasted like it was a left over. Not fresh at all. This is my first time ordering from Pizza Hut. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering at this location again.
