I ordered delivery on the website but the delivery driver delivered my order to wrong house. He went back to the house to get my order and tried to deliver back to me. That is 100% a No Go for me. I went to Pizza Hut for them to remake that order. Out of my peripheral I saw a roach 🪳 crawling down the wall. I requested a refund and left.

I am placed an online order at 4:08 and the estimated time of delivery was 5:08. Received order at 5:23 and everything was on the colder side of warm. The cheese pizza and Italian sausage pizza tasted like it was a left over. Not fresh at all. This is my first time ordering from Pizza Hut. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering at this location again.

I was here on a Friday evening and I just want to commend the manager. I wish I got her name. They were pretty busy and everyone was doing their best to serve the customers. She was friendly and super professional.
Drove an hour from Atlanta because this location said that they had the Buffet!... We came for Father's Day & NO BUFFET! The signs say we have a buffet, we called & they said indeed they do have the buffet yet we arrive & No... Apparently they "FORGOT TO MENTION" it's ONLY on Monday, Wednesday, Friday... ? You would think on a Saturday they would especially father's day. We were so disappointed but we drove over an hour we ate there & the lack of cleaning was apparent. Half the drink machine was broken & they ran out of napkins giving brown paper towels & they messed up our order for 2 pizzas bringing out 3 pizzas & 2 appetizers when they were wrong & yet we had to pay for all their wrongness?? Definitely a disappointment of a trip. Won't be returning.

My husband and I visited the Jackson, GA Pizza Hut for the lunch buffet. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The buffet was continually stocked with a variety of fresh pizzas. I want recognize 1) Cherie, the manager, for running a tight ship and leading by example. PA and Terrell, the cooks, for making delicious pizzas and for taking pride in their work, and (3) Alleia and Amanda for fantastic customer service and having a pleasant attitude.
