The people where very nice and had a sense of urgency. The cheese burger was obviously a frozen reheat. Top of the bun was soft and burger was not bad. BUT the bottom bun could have filled in for a hockey puck. Not sure if it was a handling issue or cooking procedure issue, but feel your buns before you open it! I would definitely give them another shot.
