A surprise in the heart of Jackson. Huge portions and friendly staff. Even a bar. Cozy and comfortable. Free parking right outside.

Waiter was great. Seat hard as a brick. Need some type of meat sampler, so i dont order tough dry steak and throw it away because i didnt understand the name meant worst steak ever.

The food is always delicious. The sushi is always made fresh. However, it will take some time to get to you. Be patient and enjoy the experience.

Sadly the worst hibachi meals we've ever had :/The salmon was tiny and needed a knife to cut it it was so dry. The steak and shrimp was horrible. The hot sake was barely palatable. Kids chicken nuggets seemed microwaved.Everything tasted frozen, smothered in a cheap sauce, and overpriced. $100 to barely eat a quarter of the meal it was so bad.Service was decent, but the food quality is absolutely dreadful and depressing.I don't think it was the cook's fault honestly. Seems more like a cheap owner trying to pass off frozen food to people with no other Japanese dining options.Just drive to another town if you want to actually enjoy the food.

They do a lot of their dishes differently then most Japanese restaurants. Did not like the sushi I got. I felt they were rather expensive compared to other places. The outside of the place is horrible looking. Didn't stop there for a long time because it looks like a dump. Over all , it's not bad, not my favorite Japanese restaurant by far.

Ordered a made to order roll, it was so good, very well done. Kani salad, excellent. Also tried the hibachi, did not disappoint, was consistent with everything else. I would have to rate this place with some of the best I have tried.

Crunchy L.

terrible.if I could give 0 stars I would, I ordered soup and went to pick it up when I arrived i asked for the crunchy pieces that go in the soup and they told me they didn't have any. I then look over and see them sitting right there. these people are liars then had the audacity to not answer the phone. I also burnt my tounge on the soup. safe to say wont be returning
