Schlotzsky's is a convenient stop for a road trip with plenty of parking. The friendly staff goes the extra mile, even giving treats to dogs. However, the limited choices on the Coca-Cola freestyle machine and issues with the offline system for reward points can be disappointing. It's a good place for a quick bite, but improvements are needed in their operations.
