Absolutely horrific experience here. Ordered a regular turkey sandwich and was given smoked turkey. I understand that happens and asked for the correct sandwich. They then begin to argue that there’s only one turkey with two different sandwiches on the menu: one turkey & one smoked turkey. I’m unable to eat smoked food because it makes me very sick. They refused to refund the sandwich price and said “we already made it” Just lost $10 down the drain. Eat somewhere else. This isn’t a normal Schlotzsky’s and you will be disappointed.

Waited for 7 minutes have order taken by a sweaty guy who didn't ask what type bread or chips, and pickle looks like a midgets finger, mostly just bread not much meat for sure for$13 sandwich. My last trip here .
