As of may 2024, I recently ordered a sandwich and bit into a large olive seed and almost broke my tooth, this could not have been put there by accident, as the seed was separated and very large. The avocado and other extras have been quite skimpy. I've had good experiences before at this particular location, but since the last two years the service has been less than desirable.

This is the worst restaurant I go in to get 2 sandwiches no hey, no how can I help you nothing Patricia just stands there so I go on to tell her what I wanted the girl working with her was no better they just look at you they act like they hate there jobs. Get some help in there that appreciates your customers. I will not go to this restaurant again.

Placed order on line pick up time was 245. Get there they did not have one thing done . The worst service ever. Food was made wrong it was a big order . I will never go back

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I do not ever post negative reviews, as a local business owner I understand staffing is difficult at this time. However, my last 15 trips to this Subway have been a nightmare. I’ve never encountered a single employee who wants to be there. I walked in 10 minutes until close, and the gentleman sitting on a stool counting the register down yells “ma’am all of our bread is stale and I do not recommend any of the loaves we have” … So you’re just counting your drawer down early and all your bread is stale. Do better.

Floor is always either sticky or dirty. Every time I've placed a pick up order via the app....it is never ready....even after arriving well after the pick up time. And there is usually only one person placing an order in the store. What is the point in placing a pick up order if i still have to stand there and wait for it to be made? It's the closest restaurant to a lot of people, which is the only reason some people keep coming back.

I walk in at 4:45 pm with one person in front y me and they never address keep talking to the other person there friend. Then they keep talking to there friend and got around to me he got the wrong bread and then with in back looking ham and came back out and he was looking Turkey while not talking to me as they keep talking about there friend. I said screw it's and left. I be going there from the day they open. This the l ever had there I that J P will take care of this.

Some days there are better than others. Big problem with gnats at the drink fountain area, only observed one time. I usually don't buy a drink there.

10/10 do not recommend. i’ve placed a mobile order at this location 3 separate times now. each time i arrive to pick it up, it’s never ready. in fact, they haven’t even looked at the ticket. they never apologize for the sandwich not being made, they hardly even speak to you. their customer service is awful !! each time i’ve ordered online, no one is in the store. they’re just too busy gossiping to each other to notice when the mobile ticket prints.

Left to sit and wait on the 2 people working the counter due to a mobile order that just came in. From 6:27pm- 6:38pm.No one else in line, told I would have to “wait a while”. So, I am assuming it takes two people to make a couple of sandwiches? Two young kids that seem to not care about the business in front of them. Literally sitting here listening to them talking about personal issues about one of their friend Carly’s teeth issues, apparently these people “talk s**** about this girl Carly. The one guy who started the conversation was asking if the other was 18 yet, when his birthday was, ect. They have to stop and look up at each other to make sure they are engaging in conversation. I wouldn’t have stayed here if it wasn’t for my husband and his friends working all day on repairing damages from the storms.-One frustrated customer.

Walked in to get a couple of sandwiches and the girl told me she couldn't make me anything while she was making another customer a sandwich right in front of me..It was approx 720 pm..You dont have to worry about me going back..Terrible customer service!!!!
