At this particular subway in Florida they didn't accept coupons and the sub prices were almost double the price so we only bought one. Never asked what kind of cheese we wanted. They seemed annoyed at my presence about as annoyed as I was with costs and no coupons allowed
States they're open til 10 which is a complete lie. Got there at 9 signs on saying they're open and everything. Walk in and employee says there closed.
Subway is not the greatest food, but the people running this store were very nice and friendly. The store was clean. The food was as good as subway can be.

Called location to ask about promotional offer, the lady sounded like she didn't even want to be at work, told me promotion was only good for online only. Went to order it online and their online service was not taking orders, upon calling back was told "what do you want me to do about it" I simply said nothing at all I will just take my business elsewhere. People if your not happy with your career there are always other jobs out there find your passion and change for the better. Hope whoever she was I pray things get better for her.

DO NOT RECCOMMEND. Walked in was not greeted at all. The lady behind the counter was making a sandwich. she looked at me and continued to make the sandwich didn’t even acknowledge me. I brushed that off. Waited a few more minutes. I’m standing there looking at the menu waiting and another employee comes from the back looks at me (looks like she hates her job) turns her head and walks away. There was no one else there. I had already been waiting several minutes without even being spoken to. I then decided I wasn’t going to wait when neither of the workers could even acknowledge that I’m there. I left and once I left the 2nd worker watched me from the door while i was looking for other establishments to get food.
There’s a older white woman there today when I came in around 2:40 I can’t really speak because my voice is pretty much gone so I had a ss of my normal order perfectly written out and the only part she cared about was that it was the number 31 I had the extra stuff like condiments and veggies in the list as well didn’t acknowledge it I only got the sandwich how it came on the menu I hope she gets training again because for people who are mute or deaf they will not be pleased with her service laugh at this review all you want idc but when you can’t read a list of ingredients for a sandwich you need training again not to mention she already had a nasty attitude when I walked in there was two other people in line don’t come to work if you have a issue with your job or outside of it
Yeah I still payed for and ate the sandwich but it’s not fair when I can’t really speak I don’t get my order right

This location doesn't accept coupons. All subways do not have deli mustard which is a turnoff for me. I visited 4 different subways in the last couple months, and they have gotten skimpy on their veggies added to a sandwich. I'm guessing that's due to inflation.
I like supporting our local businesses, but tired of paying more for less.

So I haven’t been to this location in years, decide to go there. We walk in, we’re not even greeted. It was an awkward silence the entire time from both of the workers. Whatever, wouldn’t leave a review for that. My total was $21 something, I hand the girl 2 $20 bills. She says to herself “out of $40” and she hands me back $8 something, which seems low, so I look at the receipt and she put in $30 instead of $40. Probably to pocket later. Some people make honest mistakes but I feel like it was on purpose because when I pointed it out, it was like a look of disappointment. No my bad or I’m sorry. She just stands there and acts like she’s going to fix it and she just storms off and goes and gets the other lady and the other lady is like what do you need, and then she walks to the back to ask her if I gave her two 20s. It was just really odd.If I didn’t notice then she would have stolen $10.“Served by 1024”

It's still sometimes hard to believe that people who consider themselves decent or thriving business individuals overlook one of the most important ingredients of a successful establishment; superb customer service. I often eat there and you would think the young woman owner would extend a warm welcome to people who repeatedly patronize her store. But instead, she always seems flat and almost always appears to be disengaged and confrontational when I place an order. I understand that people have different personalities. However, I feel that she needs to reevaluate the energy she gives and attempt to make customers feel warmly welcomed and appreciated. There are still other places to eat in the little undeveloped area of Jackson GA, and when I choose a place to eat, I want to feel appreciated and greeted with a nonrobotic welcome. Thus, at this point, I don't think I'll be patronizing this location again.
