Opens at 7am was there this morning 5/10/24 waited 20 minutes for them to open worker saw me waiting cause I asked what time they opened after 7 tried to order told me computer was not working she was in the back whole time never tried turning computer on I was there 20 minutes so I know she didn’t some people just don’t need jobs they lose the company money and don’t care there lazy

When we went to order, they were out of meat for the first 2 sandwiches my partner ordered. Then when I went to order a wrap, I was told they don’t sell wraps. Then why do you advertise something you don’t even have? The guy taking orders said, “it’s not a wrap, it’s flatbread”. I guess the guy can’t read because the menu clearly says wrap, not flatbread. And being a cook, I’ve never seen flatbread as pliable as a wrap in the picture on the menu. I love Subway, but this was my first and last visit to this one.

My family and I frequently order online to this location and every single time there is something wrong. Recently had this issue and had my food made properly and when I went to pick it up I was kindly told by the staff that every sub had a photo taken of it along with notes, as if it’s my fault for the elementary reading level, very professional :)

Ordered 6 footlongs online just to find out they're literally out of bread when we got there. How does a Subway run out of bread? That shouldn't even be possible. They were also out of cold cuts and had to go in the back and make some. 5 of our subs were cold cuts. Ridiculous.
