The lady working would touch money then continue to make sandwiches without changing her gloves, a person in front of us asked the lady to remake the sandwich because she touched it, and the worker complied with washing her hands, putting new gloves on, and then handling the food . Then the other lady grabbed the contaminated sandwich and proceeded to shove her hand into the trash and then handle the toppings on our sandwiches without changing her gloves. She proceeded to look at us and say, “Is there a problem.” It wasn’t a question and it was very rude. After finishing our food, THEN she changed her gloves. This is absolutely disgusting, and I will not be eating here again when these two ladies are working. 3/1/2025 12:00pm

Showed up at lunchtime on a Wednesday and was told, there is a large catering order that was going to take 20 minutes and I would have to wait. Was only one in line, I asked if I could just get squeezed in between the 15 sandwich’s they were already making, but was told I could not. Very disappointing

Located just inside I want the newest gas stations on I 75 this awesome subway in the convenience store. I got the number 15 Titan turkey lightly toasted. I just as you see it looks pretty darn good.

Opens at 7am was there this morning 5/10/24 waited 20 minutes for them to open worker saw me waiting cause I asked what time they opened after 7 tried to order told me computer was not working she was in the back whole time never tried turning computer on I was there 20 minutes so I know she didn’t some people just don’t need jobs they lose the company money and don’t care there lazy

When we went to order, they were out of meat for the first 2 sandwiches my partner ordered. Then when I went to order a wrap, I was told they don’t sell wraps. Then why do you advertise something you don’t even have? The guy taking orders said, “it’s not a wrap, it’s flatbread”. I guess the guy can’t read because the menu clearly says wrap, not flatbread. And being a cook, I’ve never seen flatbread as pliable as a wrap in the picture on the menu. I love Subway, but this was my first and last visit to this one.
What is the point of saying you close at 9PM when you’re going to be close at 8:40?

My family and I frequently order online to this location and every single time there is something wrong. Recently had this issue and had my food made properly and when I went to pick it up I was kindly told by the staff that every sub had a photo taken of it along with notes, as if it’s my fault for the elementary reading level, very professional :)
