Food cold, drinks no ice, order incorrect , they didn’t even send my husbands food, they sent 4 completely different items. Thought after the remodel it would be better but it’s still horrible. Will never go back.

Disrespectful night crew they took 20 minutes to get my brothers mobile order done,and when he went to go inside after waiting 20 minutes in the drive through a lady at the door refused to let anyone in because she mopped and put the chairs up really? So he finally got his food in the drive through but they threw his chips and cheese all in the bag and his food I will not recommend this place at all horrible company.

All the young men working tonight went above and beyond to make sure my order was filled correctly. I had a pretty large order with several special request. This establishment is on the way up with employees working like they did. Thank you all for making sure it was done right and with care. Special thanks to the young man that was training the other 2 on the right way to do things. Great job guys. So glad that Taco Bell is back on the menu is Jackson.

When you order food. You do not get what you ordered. I just ordered $30 worth of food to feed my family. I didn't get any beef in the 5 layer beefy burritos. I asked for tacos with no tomatoes and extra sour cream. I was charged for it. Yet I had tomatoes and no sour cream. I thought when they opened back up it would be better. Boy was a wrong. I highly recommend y'all to not spend the time or money in this place. I was rushed trying to order. The girl was just rude.

After re-opening the store, there has been significant progress in making this Taco Bell better. I waited in the drive thru line after ordering with mobile app for about 30 minutes. The food was fresh and hot and also correct. They really need to shave down the island at the entrance to make it wider so cars wanting to pass the drive thru traffic can. Right now it is too narrow so the traffic just backs up onto 16. While I wouldn’t recommend anyone eat here in the past. I would definitely recommend it now since the remodel and re-opening. It’s nice to finally have Taco Bell back

Cinnamon swirl twist no cinnamon no sugar, five layer beef burritos, no sour cream order two of them, so hot couldn’t eat them. It’s like they had put jalapeño sauce on it so the whole meal was pretty much garbage. I ate one of the five beef burritos, but I can’t handle hot stuff finally just loaded everything in the trash. I guess they hired the same crude was working there when it was KFC and Taco Bell, they close the store down with such bad customer service now they’re starting off with bad customer service again, The employees are not being trained the management must not know what they’re doing. And I guess it would just have to be closed down again if they don’t get somebody in there that knows how to run a business. Your orders I live too far away to take food back. Cost more gas, but they did lose Another customer.
