All the young men working tonight went above and beyond to make sure my order was filled correctly. I had a pretty large order with several special request. This establishment is on the way up with employees working like they did. Thank you all for making sure it was done right and with care. Special thanks to the young man that was training the other 2 on the right way to do things. Great job guys. So glad that Taco Bell is back on the menu is Jackson.
After re-opening the store, there has been significant progress in making this Taco Bell better. I waited in the drive thru line after ordering with mobile app for about 30 minutes. The food was fresh and hot and also correct. They really need to shave down the island at the entrance to make it wider so cars wanting to pass the drive thru traffic can. This place is the worst I have ever been to. I know that people don't want to work they just want a paycheck. My oh my how times have changed. Good help is hard to find now a days.
