Party of 3. We waited 20 minutes to be seated...then waited another 15 minutes at the table to place our order. It took forever to get our order once it was placed. When the pizza was finally brought to the table, they had forgotten one of the pizzas and we had to wait even longer. We were there for 2 hours!!! Pizza was mediocre and service was worse. Sorry, didn't leave a tip!

Our waitress was very sweet and kind and the food was great! However, we were asked to leave the restaurant to make room for another party while my grandpa was still eating and they knew it was his birthday.

I like this restaurant, but the menu listed a Grilled Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich, and the description specified Grilled Chicken Breast; however, I received chopped chicken and bacon bits instead. They need to change the description. Everything else I've had was good.

We ordered takeout we ordered 1/2 aloha and 1/2 ultimate desire and a pepperoni pizza larges when we arrived home with them the desire had absolutely no onions or green peppers on it . Don't like to complain but we're looking forward to the taste of the vegetables on it.We called and told them our issue we were put in touch with a manager who promptly offered to make us another one with no questions asked or anything else it was truly above what any chain franchise would have done we are thankful that they made things right and we're honorable to make it right Thank You for making it right will recommend you Thanks Again 😊 We truly appreciate you. We truly don't ever complain about this sort of thing but with the price of things it's time to speak up . Thank you again 2nd time was a charm LOL

This evening we went out to eat at The Brickery. We had a young lady with a Tennesee football shirt on. She was a horrible waitress. She was not attentive to us at all. We also noticed a young man with a white skull cap on in the back. He did not have any gloeves on his hand, but was handling vegetables and eating them as he put them out. He was vaping as well and still handling food with no gloves on. Then he was cleaning the area and once he finished he continued to handle food with no gloves on. Before leaving I asked a young man if he could get the owner. He went and informed the owner that I wanted to speak with him and the owner sent him back to ask me why. I shared my concern with the young man and he went and told the owner. Theowner told him to tell me to speak with April the manager. The problem with that is that April was at the bar cutting oranges with no gloves on and with her bare hands as well. This was not a good experience and something need to be done about this. I think contacting the health department is a great place for me to start.
