Nice, home town diner. I was hoping for breakfast but arrived when they switched to lunch. When they found they were out of my lunch choice, they nicely offered for me to switch back to the earlier breakfast menu. Really nice people here, and I think our server (fun person, a real hoot) mentioned she had been employed here over 30 years. During our road trips, we love home town diners like these.

The food, service, portions, cleanliness, location and value was good. I had flounder, hushpuppys, squash casserole, green beans, Slaw, onions, tomatoes, apple pie and unsweet tea. It was delicious the lady was pleasant that filled my plate and my waitress did a good job as well. Way to keep us coming back Lunch Box !!!

Love coming here when we are passing through Jackson, but ordering can be kind of hectic when they are busy, since the staff is responsible for making your plate and waiting on all the tables. The atmosphere is nice, though. Very laid-
