This location continues to decline in service and food quality. Ordered the “Cheesesteak” bowl w/ onions and a side of gravy. Upon pickup my husband asked the employee about the side of gravy (they tend to never give you any extras that you pay for) at which point the employee repeatedly argued stating we didn’t order any gravy. He kindly pointed out that we in fact did AND that it is clearly printed on the ticket as it was an additional charge. Only then did she get the gravy for the order. We get home, unpacked the full order to find 2 of the 3 items ordered were completely incorrect. The cheesesteak bowl had NO CHEESE 😑 ummm 🧐 I understand being busy but this isn’t even a case of missing “add ons” , how do you make cheesesteak with no cheese? In addition, there were no onions on either of our hashbrowns nor did my husband’s hashbrowns have any of the “toppings” he requested and paid additional for. Don’t bother calling, no one answers & considering they feel it is acceptable to argue with customers over what they ordered/paid for even with it clearly printed on a ticket just speaks to what you’ll be met with by returning the food for correction. I fully agree with some others in reviews who stated they feel a certain type of customer is prioritized at this location. We always order ahead online (so the order is quite clearly printed & simply requires READING) & always ensure we allow ample time before pick up. Quite saddening considering Jackson has limited options in town and we have spent plenty of money here over the years. However after this last experience we will take our business elsewhere & resolve by disputing with our bank.
