Whatever they tell you the wait time is, double it. And even then you may not have food. One of the cashiers was very rude. Their wings are pathetically small, though good. Been screwed out of 2 orders of fries now from them. And extra wet charges on wings and they were barely covered.

By far the best wings I’ve ever had. The boneless wings are excellent big chunks of chicken breasts and there really is no comparison. I order at least once a week and the staff inside are always polite. Good job!!

Went in there the other week, to get some wings and the booth I sat at to wait for my food was NASTY! In fact every table was disgusting! Died Flys on the window seals and food all under the table. I wanted to just get my money back and walk out, but the young girl behind the counter seemed new and I didn't want to get her in trouble! The person cooking the food wasn't nice to her at all... All in All...I will never go there again or order togo!

They have gotten so good since I last lived here 10 years ago. Wings are a nice size and crispy, good prices, great service, and lots of options.
Great Garlic Parmesan wings, Hot wings and Teriyaki boneless wings. Look small but lots of meat and they were cooked perfect. Service was excellent as well. They had just had a party and the floor and table was sticky that’s why the atmosphere rating is not higher. We are definitely going back to try the catfish. ??

THE COOKIES ARE SO GOOD!!!!!!!!! They are actually homemade because it was so soft and filled with Love. I will be back again!!!! I couldn’t take a pic because I ate it so fast.
I visited this location with a colleague and I really enjoyed my food. I ordered the Gold barbecue with Lemon Pepper and corn nuggets. Amazing! Keith was great and provided us wonderful service. Although I don’t live in Jackson, I will be returning to try more wing flavors!

Ordered 24 wings. I will say they got the flavor (lemon pepper) right and they had them on time when I arrived. However, ZERO flats in the order, nothing but drumsticks. I certainly didn't order drums. The flavor is overbearing, and obviously they are serving a different demographic. I'll go back to Chick N Run for sure.
