Salad portions have completely gone down. Chicken on Cobb was roughly 1 maybe two small tenders. One piece of bacon cut in half.. Becoming not worth it anymore

Myself and 2 coworkers ordered food from here and we got food poisoning. One coworker ordered chicken fingers and was sick. The chicken fingers were cooked in old grease and I ordered the Asian zalad with 4 egg rolls and I shared it with my other coworker and we both got sick, but I was the only one who was in the hospital and out of work for almost a week. I contacted the restaurant and I was asked for my name and number to give to the manager to contact me and I haven’t heard from anyone as of yet, so I’m going to take legal action. I DON’T RECOMMEND EATING FROM THIS STORE

I've never complained about anything.... This will be the 1st...

I ordered an Online order at 838, to be picked up Curbside at 852. I arrived at 850... Took me over 30 mins to check in on the application that I was here... Then sitting 10 more mins waiting, to end up going inside, and my order sitting in the drive hub spot on the pickup for God knows how long. Leaving the parking lot at 928.. Foods now cold and made incorrectly to Top everything off.

Used to eat this place 2-3 nights a week, haven't ordered in weeks because the speed of service, is terrible. Nobody stops to ask if everything is ok, if you need anything. Last time I spent 40 mins to get 3 of the new Chicken Tacos.

This is the 2nd time this has happened, I ordered a 6pc finger plate with hot sauce only yo find out when I got home that I paid extra for sauce and they are plain tenders. This is total bs to be able to customize orders just to find out you guys just disregard that and make it how you want to.
