This don’t make no sense how I asked for bbq sauce and zax sauce suppose to already come with my 6 finger plate but they gave me one sauce just the bbq when zax sauce suppose to come with it how is one sauce suppose to satisfy anyone when I got double fries and 6 finger plate

Place is going down hill. Stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes without being acknowledged. Food is no longer fresh especially the fries. I get working in the service industry sucks but at least act like you care about your customers.

I tried eating this food and within minutes became food poisoned. This place is nasty, the workers look nasty, and this is the second time I’ve gotten sick eating here. This is absolutely disgusting and I will not be visiting this place again.

The inside of the restaurant was disgusting. So many flys everywhere, dirty tables, and sticky counters. The ice machine by the water was full of mold. Missing food in our order. Floors in bathroom were super slick and dangerous. Employee was nice when ordering. Definitely will not be back.

I usually just go through the drive thru here, but today I decided to go inside and I was actually glad I did. Received better service than I've received at a Zaxby's in a long time! The management has really stepped up and got this place running a lot better than it was. Service was courteous and fast and the food was impressive as well. Fries were seasoned perfectly and chicken was the right temperature. 👍👍 To Jackson Zaxby's

I don’t visit Jackson often, but we were in the area to check out a historic home my friend wanted to see — unfortunately, it turns out it’s no longer there, which was a letdown. Since we were already in town, we decided to stop by this Zaxby’s.

The experience was just okay. I was really craving the fried mushrooms, but this location didn’t have them. I ended up ordering the fried pickles — they had flavor but were way too salty, even with the dipping sauce.

My friend had a salad and liked the portion size since it was her first time trying Zaxby’s.

The atmosphere wasn’t great — trash bins were slightly overflowing, and the decor felt dull. Honestly, I prefer the Conyers location. I probably won’t be visiting this one again anytime soon.

Between the restraint and the door dasher I only received on of my meals but 3 toasts on my 4 tender plate 😐

The issue with this location is, it is ALL over the place. Food is sometimes great but then other times terrible. When it's good though it's great. Enough to keep chancing going back. I just wish it was good every time....

Every time I go to the Zaxbys in Jackson they always mess up my order I usually get the 6 finger plate and someone there doesn’t know how to count I always end up getting 4 tenders and then I went back to get it fixed and they gave me 5 tenders. Today I ordered the wings and things meal and got tossed tenders rather than the wings and the tenders. The food is usually nasty and the team there is rude.
