Gave me and my best friend food poisoning
The issue with this location is, it is ALL over the place. Food is sometimes great but then other times terrible. When it's good though it's great. Enough to keep chancing going back. I just wish it was good every time....

Every time I go to the Zaxbys in Jackson they always mess up my order I usually get the 6 finger plate and someone there doesn’t know how to count I always end up getting 4 tenders and then I went back to get it fixed and they gave me 5 tenders. Today I ordered the wings and things meal and got tossed tenders rather than the wings and the tenders. The food is usually nasty and the team there is rude.
Spent 30 minutes in the drive thru. 10 minutes at the window. The gave us the wrong drinks, and then I watched as the staff stood around laughing and joking with each other, and talking on their cell phones, instead of getting food to the customers.

I’d recommend getting your fries unseasoned someone doesn’t have control over themselves with the seasoning salt.
I came to the drive thru to get the grill philly sandwich just to find out it was taking off the menue.
What a disappointment.
This sad. False advertising.
