Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This was a delivery order and it was horrible! The lettuce and cucumbers were brown and slimy and watery. I didn’t bother to return due to no transportation. I was truly disappointed being a senior citizen my options are limited. I see other reviews, some good some bad; I just hope they get some consistency where all orders can be enjoyed. I just wasted my money.

ordered for 4 people on zaxbys app at 4:25 pm. at 4:35 got a message saying it was ready come to zaxbys and it is now 5:36 and still have not gotten my food. the people up here are clueless. zaxbys in jackson ga is a joke

Stopped in here after a doctors appointment. The restaurant was clean and the service was awesome. The cashier was super bubbly and when I ordered one of the new cookie butter shakes she raved how it was her favorite and she was going to make it for me. She was right. It was super

Terrible customer service. Guy at window didn’t even speak. Went here at 7:58 on October 24, 2025. When I pulled up to the window, he did not even give me a total. Just reached out and took my money. Worst experience at Zaxby’s I’ve ever had.

Great food

I asked for 2 loaded fries and I know they heard me and the cashier claims that it didn’t ring uo so they had to charge me twice which pissed me off. I’m done doing business with them. Plus they never let me use my QR code in the drive thru but I see plenty of them use it. Plus the food is nasty. It wasn’t worth the $30 I spent which I feel I should get a full refund.. y'all just lost a customer! The last time we dined in, the AC was so cold, it was uncomfortable. Glad to know y’all like to freeze out customers. Well, never again!

We came through the drive through. It was around 8:30pm on a Saturday night. We were greeted in a friendly and perky manner. Greeter was very welcoming and friendly. The person who brought our food to our car.was very friendly amd professional. Very good experience visiting this store. Very nice staff.

This don’t make no sense how I asked for bbq sauce and zax sauce suppose to already come with my 6 finger plate but they gave me one sauce just the bbq when zax sauce suppose to come with it how is one sauce suppose to satisfy anyone when I got double fries and 6 finger plate

Place is going down hill. Stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes without being acknowledged. Food is no longer fresh especially the fries. I get working in the service industry sucks but at least act like you care about your customers.

I tried eating this food and within minutes became food poisoned. This place is nasty, the workers look nasty, and this is the second time I’ve gotten sick eating here. This is absolutely disgusting and I will not be visiting this place again.
