I travel this area a lot. I use to love to stop here with my family always ordering over 50.00 dollars worth of food. I am a veteran and l will always get my 10 percent discount off the entire order. I came in yesterday 7/26 and the manager James gave me a 1.00 and some change off 1 item after ordering 69.00 worth of food. I called another Zaxby and l was told that was not right should have been 10 percent off total order. I also did not receive my eggs or bacon on my Cobb salad. Please advise.
I tend to stop by here on my way home from work for a quick snack. I tend to get a large order of fries and they are always hot and fresh. I have ordered other items as well and everything has always been great and fresh. The staff is absolutely amazing and so friendly.

Stop here after work on a Friday night about 6:15..... Waited in the Drive-Thru line for over 20 minutes and the problem with this is the food wasn't that good when we finally got it

I've been here several times and it is nice. It could be a little cleaner but it seems to get a lot of traffic at times. The food is great and service is fast.
