We love Bojangles chicken. The positive. Un 2 weeks we purchased dinners twice and the orders were either incomplete or not as ordered. Yes, we did not purchase dinners without modifications, however we did pay for the revised items. We will closely look at our meals in the future and will not leave until we are sure our items were as ordered. Counter help seemed untrained but very friendly and did their best to understand and process our order.

Drive 20 minutes away to feed your kids and the order is completely incorrect and missing items. The food I got was spicy chicken that my small children won’t eat at all. Then you can’t even call the store. An automated message just says “ Good bye”. So instead of calling and having it handled my only recourse is a 1 star review!

To the idiot that was at the first window, taking payments, I almost passed the window because the sign that said “next window, please” was still in the window, and I almost passed it. When I noticed somebody was just standing there, I stopped and asked if they were taking payments and they shook their head yes. I said I almost passed the window and the idiot just stood there staring at me like they didn’t know what to say. They still did not remove the sign and so I just paid and moved forward. What is wrong with these idiots today?

Over the last few months and visits-Jasper Bojangles has declined. Not expecting luxury service, however, I have been 3 times and not received everything I’ve ordered. 2 of which, I asked to verify at the window and still realized it was incorrect after being assured that it wasn’t. Receipt correct.
The morning crew has always been fantastic, but I’ve only recently been for dinner. There’s always what seems to be a manager and a group of younger kids in the evenings. The lack of enthusiasm or response should be used as a teaching moment.

Service was slow but good food. The facilities were bad, no paper towels, no flush and flies all over. Gave cashier info but unconcerned. SAD.

We were told that we HAD to stop in if we were in the area so we gave it a chance. I can't even begin to tell you how happy we were that we did because this place did NOT disappoint. Talk about a taste of rural America? The Chicken Bo-berry waffle is so good that it should be illegal and the Bo-tatoes are steaming nuggets of heaven. The wife had a side of their white country gravey and it was so creamy and buttery good that it should almost come in a cup with a straw. Needless to say, it VERY easy to work your way into obesity eating here but you'll never be happier doing it. 5 stars, we'll be back.

just bout the worst fast food spot in jasper, they take a minimum of 15 minutes for your food. theys ay they “run out of chicken tenders”… your a damn chicken spot. get better smh
