Paid $15 for four small bite size chicken tenders, When I Asked the employee if this were normal size For all the tenders, she confirmed That to be true. If you are looking for an establishment to buy a full meal when you are hungry, I would recommend going across the street to Zaxby’s where at least you will get a full tender and not a glorified chicken nugget.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, i was recently in buffalo lukes and went there and spent literally hundreds on meals through the years, and have never had any issue, until recently i went to place a order and was APPALUDED at the way the older blonde woman with glasses was treating customers there was so much unnecessary attitude it made me ask myself why do people like this work customer service, rule one of customer service is that the customer is always right and should be treated fairly and with respect i was treated with neither, really hope the gm sees this and there is some disciplinary action TAKEN, if i come again and i am disrespected again a scene will be caused and i will do my best to RUIN lukes reputation, dont keep me waiting..., also someone clean the roof for gods sake there's so much dust up there it should considered a hazard...

Even though they do have cheese other than America, the cashier said they only have America. If I thought they would have put the shredded cheese on the Philly steak, I would have gotten that instead.

I went through the drive through today during my lunch break and there was a roach in my bag sitting on top of the napkins. I couldn’t even eat my food. And I went back through and the lady didn’t even offer a refund. I paid 21 dollars for a salad and mozzarella sticks and a side of bug. She exchanged the napkins and then gave me the same bag, and food.
Supposedly known for chicken fingers. I paid $8, for 3 tiny fingers, and a small Dr Pepper. Not worth it.

I am very impressed by the quality of service given by Buffalo Luke’s!!! This evening we made a DoorDash order, And after an hour, there was no update on who our Dasher would be or when the food would be delivered. We called the restaurant and the manager had assured us that she was reaching out to DoorDash personally and would make sure that the food would be fresh. Not only was the food fresh, but because it had been so long, she had remade our entire meal before sending it with our Dasher. Thank you so much for the quality service and for making sure we had the best experience possible!
