Drive thru was almost around the building so we went in. No one was at the counter. Lots of people working, just looking at me. Not a word. Time goes on, 5 people are now behind me. No one. Just glances and nothing from the employees. Finally someone comes as 4 more people come in. Every single one got their order before us. I had chicken nuggets and churros. I was told they get cooked fresh. Cool, but I've already seen them come out and get set on the warmer, so why am I still waiting? I asked if my order was ready, they asked what it was. 2 more people who came in after, get their order. Like wth?! Finally get my order, walk out to the car only to realize it wasn't correct 🤦♀️🤦♀️ yeah, definitely not recommending them. Churros were good though.

This is a review for BK off of Sammy McGhee blvd, jasper, ga. I came to the drive thru Saturday morning for 2 eggnormous burrito and two hash browns and a 8 piece churro. I pulled up to window and paid and when I was handed the bag I asked the guy at the window for salsa for the burrito because they always forget to put it in. He assured me there were 4 salsa in the bag so I drive home without checking. When I get home there are 3 orders of hash browns and 1 burrito and zero salsa. I call and tell them I am heading back over to grab the burrito. The guy on the phone says he just got there and never works mornings. When I get to the window I get the burrito and I’m trying to convey to the guy at the window that it’s only annoying cause I was getting the food for my wife and I specifically asked for the salsa and he said it was in there and it wasn’t. He rolled his eyes and shut the window. The woman bagging came over and the man reiterated that he in fact never works mornings. He continued on with an attitude towards me and I said what makes it worse is y’all never give the receipt either so I can’t even do anything about it. He closed the window again and rolled his eyes further. I imagine his eyes could not in fact be further into his head at this point. The lady bagging does come over and say sorry. I never got a receipt. It was at around 845-910 Saturday morning. It was not busy and no other cars in drive thru. Will not return. Consistently Poor customer service.
I usually enjoy visiting a Burger King when I believe that their food is good. My selection is the Chicken Sandwich menu. I was at the Jasper GA location a few weeks ago, and the sandwich was almost cold, the fries tasted old, and the soda was very watery. I will revisit in a few weeks to give it another try.

One person in line one person so I asked the lady when I pull up. Are you ready to take my order? She said nope, I said that's no way to approach somebody i said there's only one person in line. I've been sitting here for 7 minutes. What's the holdup? Rude inconsiderate time consuming

1_15_2025-I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit at the Jasper ga burger king the biscuit was half cooked no egg and sausage was burnt..I trashed my food ,The guy at the window acted like he didn't know what he was doing..Next time I will go to McDonald's, hopefully they will have food that is cooked
