This has got to be the worse store in the county because either they are running out of hamburger patties or it's always something going on with this store. I like their frozen cokes but every time that I order them they are either on defrost or it's broken. But I can go up the street to McDonald's and they don't have that problem and so I guess I'll go to McDonald's from now on

Took 20 minutes to get my food with only 3 cars in line. No straws no sauce lady on the window rushing me through my order asking “is that it?” With the rudest tone after every single item added. Get up to the window spend 10 minutes waiting watching them cut up and laugh and talk while I’m setting there waiting to pay. All around terrible experience only ever go there because it’s the one place in town that never has a line because nobody wants to deal with them but even with no customers still wound up waiting as long as anywhere else and didn’t even get my sauce or straws anyway. They use to have a good solid manager there and I never had any problems but ever since I stopped seeing her there they have completely sucked.
