The newer guy at the front with dark hair will stare at customers like they've committed a crime when they take their food from the counters and watches them get their drinks like they're doing some horrible theft. He also will go to tables as people are eating and looks into their cups to make sure they're drinking water from the fountain if they didn't get a soft drink.... Uncomfortable, unwelcoming, unhuman, and unprofessional atmosphere. Where's the trust in your customers? Also watched him humilate someone for simply taking a sample of a drink, a single sip and then getting her water . What happened to the amazing staff that used to work there that was friendly and warm????
We arrived 17 minutes after opening. They weren't open. A man was waiting outside to get in. He said this store often is late to open. I guess the food must be good, lots of people waiting on the employees to get there and open the doors. So, can't rate the food unfortunately.
