Great Chic Fil A in Jasper. Efficient drive thru and friendly staff you've come to expect. Hot delicious food was a nice added touch

I’ve tried to give this location a chance three times now and all three times they have gotten my order wrong. The first time I went in the girl behind the cash register seemed very scattered and did not even know how to spell my name. It’s a pretty simple one with only four letters. also, the staff here is not nearly up to Chick-fil-a standards in my opinion. I grew up on Chick-fil-a and I’ve been to I can’t count how many. This one falls short.

Waited way too long for what I ordered, I get things happen and it gets busy. Butttt there was only 2 cars ahead of me when I ordered. The whole drive through is just unorganized to me. And I know people can get frustrated during a rush, but there’s absolutely no need to be somewhat rude to the customers. :(

I love having a Chick-fil-A close to our home. Every visit here has improved. Today I ordered a chicken burrito without hash browns in the burrito. I fully expected to have to wait, but my order came out quickly and was correct. I see the negative reviews on here, but I also see the kids are working hard to get the hang of the fast paced environment. This is probably a first job for most of them.

So I already been here a few times the first few times they messed up little things which I was fine for and was like OK things happen but I’m at the drive-through now and the lady that took my order got it all mixed up and I asked for extra cheese on my salad was charged for it didn’t get it on the salad, so I told him And now he’s saying he can’t give me that cheese that I paid for .. finally after going back and forth he is getting it.. but it’s a little crazy what I had to go through to get something I paid for

I may come back and change this review later. I know they just opened and are working out some of the kinks, but the four times I’ve been so far the wait at the window has been a minimum of 10 minutes. Today my credit card transaction went through at 11:26 AM and I did not receive my two salads until 11:48 AM. I love that they’re here and the food was decent, but I also ordered an extra egg on my salad which wasn’t there and my other salad was supposed to have an extra piece of chicken on it and it was not there. I hope they work out these kinks and I can change my review. Will have to take a few weeks off from this location and see how they’re doing in November.
UPDATE 11/1: The drive through is somewhat better, but it’s by far the fastest route to go through the mobile order lane. The order takers and possibly people not knowing what they want creates such a bottleneck at the ordering screens.
